Absolute garbage! We…read morebought our home in Running Brook 2 years ago. The day we moved in our floors buckled and they had to be replaced. The dishwasher wasn't hooked up, they literally just put it in between the cabinets and left. The guest bathroom shower faucet didn't work and needed replaced. The list goes on. We are now 2 years out and still battling with Bobby Roark to fix our flooring that is still messed up. Bobby filed a claim with the flooring company trying to blame them. An adjuster came to the house and did an inspection and come to find out Bobby's installers NAILED THE FLOOR TO THE FLOORBOARDS!!!!! The floor is a floating floor and needs room to expand and his builders installed it incorrectly. Now all the flooring and floor boards have to be ripped up and replaced. His work is absolute garbage and so is his Business. He doesn't keep his word on anything and gives you the run around.
