Of the three quotes I got, they were the least expensive and their quote came with a six page contract spelling out the materials to be used, the work to be done and the warranty. They used high quality materials and they are factory authorized installers backed by the shingle company. It took them less than two days to strip off the old roof and to install the new one (all of it in 100+ degree weather) on a 2000 sq/ft, 2-story house. Their crew was friendly, did excellent work and left the place spotless. They also seemed to really care about their crew and their safety. Gordon and John came to our house to look at my back door. Gordon responded to my message right away which lets me know that he is professional. John, was his "door guy" and he was very knowledgeable about types of doors and took a look at my door and knew right away what needed to be done. The process to get my door replaced was straight forward, I paid for my door then when my door came, we set up an appointment to get it done. It took about a week and 3 days. The day John replaced the door, he worked nonstop in cold degree weather from 10a-3:30p! I mean he never stopped moving. I'm not even sure if he took a break to eat or drink. He fixed the frame of my door from Previous work that it had done, and even took the time to level it and raise it so that I don't get water in my house. I could tell that he took great pride in his job and I appreciate that he took the time to get the job done, did not rush it. The amount of time he took to customize my back door was very much appreciated. John simply said "This is just how we do our jobs" and I believe him! Gordon is very professional and I believe he has the resources to get whatever you need done. He even gave me tips on how to get my deck together for the summer.
