When we signed a contract with this company, I was told someone would be in touch to get us scheduled for the installation of our garage door and that it was 1-2 weeks out for installation. Once I was scheduled, I never heard from the company again. I received no confirmation call in the days prior to the installation. 3. I was scheduled for installation at 8:00 am on a Monday. I reached out to the company at 8:30 when no one had shown up, and I was told they had a meeting that ran 30 mintues over, but that the team was on their way. They did not show up until 9:30 ( an hour and 30 minutes after my scheduled install time). 4. The same afternoon we had the door installed, there were issues with it catching and not opening/closing properly. 5. I was scheduled for the service team to come out and work on the door the following Thursday at 8:30 am. I made the simple request for the company to call me in advance to let me know they were on their way (I do not live at the location where the service was being performed). Not only did I not receive any sort of call, but the team arrived at 8:00. I only know this because the tenants who live at the location texted me. Zero contact efforts were made on the company's behalf, even though I am the owner of the property. I then called in to speak wiht the manager (Chance) and let him know how displeased I was with the service from the company. It was a very disappointing and disgraceful call as he simply wanted to make excuses for the lack of courtesy and respect I was being shown rather than take ownership of the situation. I am giving a 2 star purely because the installers were lovely and I do not hold them accountable for the lack of professionalism by the "leaders" of the company. The door is okay quality if it decides to work properly mving forward. Time will tell on that one.
