On March 18th, 2022 my husband and I met with Matt Creech, the Envision Remodeling LLC Sales Rep. He was very professional. His presentation was stellar, and he designed exactly what we desired in our Master Bath remodel. His bid was a bit high, but we decided to move forward with the project anyway. Envision required a $5,000 deposit upon signing the contract. Matt told us that we needed to write a check, and that he couldn't accept a Credit Card. We complied. My Husband and I are Senior Citizens. We have an older home, and it was getting increasingly difficult for my Husband to step over the side of the tub to shower. We were very anxious for the project to begin, but the contract's estimated time of installation was in 4-5 months due to supply chain issues. [A 4-5 month wait time seemed a bit extreme.] I called Envision on August 18th, the 5 mbonth marker, to get an update on our Installation. Rachael said that she would contact their Forman, Jacob, to find out where he was at with our Installation schedule. She never got back to me with that information. Fast forward to September 9th, 2022. I called Envision and left a voice mail message with Rachael saying that we had lost our patience and quite frankly any faith in their company. I requested a refund of our $5,000 deposit. Shortly thereafter I got a Voice Mail from Rachel saying that she herself had already mailed a check about a week ago, and that we should have gotten it by now. Then seconds later I got a Text from her saying to disregard her Voice Mail! The refund she spoke of was for another client!!!!!!!! She said that she'd have Jacob call me, which he did. Jacob said that the 3-5 month window was only and 'estimate' and that the Contract clearly reads 'No Refunds'. He offered to drop off the material he had for us in their Warehouse in our driveway. What? Unacceptable! My husband was diagnosed with Cancer in August, and has since then passed on. It was extremely difficult for me to get him in and out of the shower/tub. A Walk-In Shower as promised by Envision would have been a God Send for both of us. I have read several reviews that my Husband and I aren't the only folks they've stolen from. My Attorney is handling it at this point. It is despicable that this Company is still in business. What they've done is criminal. Leigh Morgan, the owner, needs to be investigated. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, AND DO NOT GIVE THEM ONE DIME UNTIL THE INSTALLATION IS COMPLETED! read more

Below is the conversation I had with Leigh at Envision Remodeling LLC. I was willing to give her a 4th chance to keep her promise under the below conditions. Leigh agreed with these terms. I sent the email the day after we had the conversation. She never contacted me to dispute any of the discussion. Again, on the 4th commitment Leigh never contacted me and missed the promised deadline. I understand Covid has been a problem but being unwilling to display any commitment and communication with a client isn't a Covid issue its a business and respect issue. All I am asking is that she keep her promise and return the deposit. At this time, she has broken all trust by making promise after promise and never keeping them, never rescheduling and never even contacting me after all 4 failed completion promises. The only time she contacted me was after I called to ask for my deposit back. She stated that the 8-10 weeks was only an estimated starting date and implied she had an unlimited window of time to do the job. I made a commitment to Leigh and feel like she has made no commitment to me. Just keep your promise and return my deposit. This is the email I sent to document our conversation the day after our discussion. She had this email approximately 2 weeks before the deadline to complete the project. She never disputed nor disagreed with anything are email after I sent it to her until she missed her 4th deadline and I asked her to keep her promise. I appreciate that your willing to commit to starting the job within the next two weeks (By December 17th) and to complete within the promised 2-3 days. If you're not able to keep this 4th promised commitment date I will want my deposit refunded in full within 3 business days. I have been very flexible and understanding but I do need to get this job done. As a reminder the house is an airbnb so you will need to schedule the start date with me. Thank you for your time. Only after I asked for my deposit back did Leigh contact me in an attempt to make a 5th appointment. She has no customer service, keeps no promises and essentially told me she has as long as she wants to get the job done.
