Came in to grab a couple AAA shirts and read the sign that says medium shirts are $3.50 each or 3 for $10.00. Upon reading my receipt I noticed that she (Old Asian lady) had charged me $10.50 instead of the 3 for $10.00 which I brought to her 3 shirts. Came back and was helped by this "thing" in purple glasses wearing a bed comforter as a shirt stating that it was correct that the $10.50 was taxes already added on? Which her working a minimum wage job couldn't comprehend that it was wrong, taxes are calculated lastly on the receipt not during each transaction which I've bought some socks as well and they came out to $4.99 on the initial purchase price! Taxes for the socks were added last yet she wasn't competent enough to realize that a 5th grade student could notice the fault here yet kept insisting that the price was correct and I couldn't even get a refund when they clearly had a sign posted on their register that states "refunds or exchanges with receipt only within 7 days" hasn't even passed 5 minutes and I can't even get a refund.. smh. I know it's $.50 but it adds up to however many people they're stealing from. Very bad business in my opinion to be doing this. If anyone reads this hit up the Pomona indoor instead! I didn't get a chance to take a picture of their "3 for $10.00" sign, just wanted to leave the garbage of a business. read more

This place is the worst!! Went there one time and I will never come back. I bought a pair of pants and a T-SHIRT. So when I got home I tried on the pants and the zipper broke. Came back and they wouldn't Exchange it. Everywhere else from Macy's to Ross will exchange broke merchandise. The owner rather rip me off rather have a repeat customer. Very bad service. Just to top it off I wanted a smaller size on the t shirt and she didn't let me because the argument about the exchange of pants. Beware this place with all your might. read more

I come here maybe 2 time a month because I hate going to the mall it's crowded most of the time. Customer service is okay and bad at times, I have experience both some of the employees are rude and don't say hi or anything they talk use foul language witness it 2 times and theirs the times I have had okay service. I hate their return/exchange policy, must have receipt and exchange or get store credit with in 7 days lol. First place I heard that has it for 7days. Usually is 15 days or 30 days. These guys not only have a huge selection of scrubs at great prices, they sell clothes for the whole family. They carry a giant selection of women's clothing, basics, accessories, and of course as the name suggests, t-shirts. Now that I've been working in Pomona for over half a year, I've been going on little excursions at lunchtime, and this was one of those excursions. Our teenager loves to wear Pro Club shirts, so I did a little online search and came up with this place. As I read, this place has a very reasonable selection of Pro Clubs, but it also has a lot more. The selection of clothing is somewhat similar to what you'd find at a swap meet, and prices are similar. For guys they have t-shirts, sweats, jeans, basic stuff. The women's selections were similar to Forever 21. Very inexpensive, and they have trendy stuff. Overall, I like this place. read more

If I could leave minus stars I would ... -10 1st of all I've shopped here since it was under a different name (I forget the previous name bc it's been YEARS) for the most part there were always sweet employees... That is until I went in this past Saturday September 9th 2017 at approximately 1pm and dealt with the one of the rudest women ever the one with the ring in her septum. I couldn't believe the attitude on this woman .. It was extremely disturbing and it wasn't only me after one customer left she called her a stank bitch ... This is my go to spot for cute tops and jeans because I live really close but There have been times when the employees act pretty rude the clothes are cheap but keep in mind that you get what you pay for. They don't really last that long. Also I hate shopping here in the summer because it's hot like an oven!! They don't run the ac ever, imagine having to try on clothes all sweaty! read more

I been to this place many times and the people who work there are awful nasty attitude..went there the other day and one of the workers was very rude and as soon as went in she had a bad attitude..not welcoming at all whatsoever.. Makes you not wanna go back there.. she was such a bitch to me that it does not make me wanna shop there ever again just so I won't see her face again.. I personally love coming here. You can find cute clothes here and for a reasonable price! But when I walked in today and the girl at the front desk seemed very rude she kept looking at everyone like she didn't even want to be there. I looked over and smiled at her and she rolled her eyes at me. Whatever...I continued shopping I get the things I need and there was another girl at the counter helping someone with there checkout. I was waiting in her line Bc the rude girl was on her phone when she looked up and saw me next in line she slammed her phone and said 'I'll take you right here' I had gotten 2 shirts that were $8 and a pair of jeans that were $14 and my total came out to $45. Well to my surprise the girl had charged me for an extra item that I didn't purchase and all she said was sorry she'll help you in the next checkout. UGH I wish o would have asked for her name but she was just so rude, so trashy and unprofessional. She needs to get fired that is not someone I'd want in my business! read more
