I was looking for a different clothing line than what I was used to shop during my prior trips: Coach, Kate Spade, American Eagle Outfitters, etc. So I thought about Guess!!!! There actually existed two separate Guess Los Angeles Companies here in Ontario Mills Outlets, CA: from the other store, G By Guess Accessories, they strictly sell all accessories such as purses, wallets, belts and sunglasses. I only rated them a 4-star review was I learned that their Guess Los Angeles sweatshirts were pricier than those of American Eagle Outfitters. I was hoping for more sales here today but didn't find many. The one drawback was their sweatshirts which didn't come in many sections to choose from. I skipped that to just get the 'Year of the Rabbit, 2023' shirt. Right before deciding to take off, I located their 'The Year of the Rabbit,' shirt!!!! It came in all red and sparkly gold, but I had to have one! So that's all I actually bought from this clothing line today. read more

So I don't shop here for myself (well, not since I've gained a bunch of weight after being married for a few years; none of their clothes would fit me), but I come here every now and then for my wife (and soon for my daughter). The store is always clean and well organized. The window displays always bring you in with that "hmmmmm, that would look good" appeal. The employees always greet you with a smile and a welcome (which never seems forced like some stores). When you ask for help with something, they always do their best to help you find what you're looking for or offer you some alternatives if what you are looking for is no longer in stock. It is a smaller store; however, so I notice a lot of things I see online, I can't find in the store which is kind of a bummer. Again, the employees will try and track stuff down for you though. I'm just the type of person that likes to hold stuff in his hand and see what I'm purchasing for doing so. read more

We shop here every few months and it seems like the staffing that work there are working at a night club dresses keep getting shorter barely covering the behind , mini skirts and not to mention very trashy wearing loungerie as tops to work there. Taking in my young son with me was an embarrassment he said wow mom they all look like nasty working like that . And I totally agree at a place of business you don't want to come in and shop with trashy dressed females there seemed like I was walking into a bar or club . Staffing at the front counter were dressed appropriately I do have to mention. They dress extra skanky and love the men's attention. One young man was being helped by this young girl in a blue see through loungerie top and he was even touching her hair and flirting back and forth . I'm disgusted! read more

I just had the worst experience at this store. I shop here all the time and the staff is usually very helpful. Not so much today. I had to flag somebody down to let me into the dressing room. Then, while I was trying on clothes nobody checked on me. I needed to try other sizes but I didn't want to get all dressed and come back out again. I kept sticking my head out hoping somebody would notice me and maybe I could flag somebody down, but nobody cared. Then I took my things up to the checkout counter and let the girl behind the register now that nobody had helped me and had I had some help, I would've bought more items. She said "I'm sorry but we're in zone coverage today so I can't leave the front of the store. My manager is back there, but they're really busy getting the tables ready for a very important visit this afternoon". So does that mean me (your customer) is not important? Then after she has my credit card and is bagging my items, I ask her how much the cute little white backpack behind the counter is. Her response was "oh it's free with a $75 purchase but you only spent $74". By this point I'm just furious. I really liked the backpack I would've paid for the backpack. I would've at least bought a pair of earrings or something so that I met the $75 minimum. The service today was rude, inconsiderate and just downright bad. I'm not sure if I'll come back to this store. read more

My family came to the store on May 25, 2019 at about 8:20 PM. The employee's name is Joe. He is of Hispanic descent. He has facial hair and multiple tattoos on the right arm. On the receipt, salesperson's number is 275159. My wife had approached him to request for assistance with a merchandise. He responded back to my wife in a rudely manner with an attitude saying, "I will be with you". After he finished assisting a customer, he proceeded back to the register and NEVER came back to help my wife with her inquiry. The employee I had asked about his name must have notified Joe that I will be complaining to the corporate and do a review of the store. When it was our turn to be helped to check out, Joe NEVER asked if we found everything we had needed. He didn't even greeted us, his customers. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

I have been very disappointed in their customer service for the last couple of month's. This last time really pissed me off, I had ask the gentleman (his name I don't remember) but he was black, tall, skinny & gay. Anyway I went for a pair of shoes that I loved ask to try them on...it took him a couple minutes to notice me because he was to busy checking himself out in the mirror so when he does take my shoe 20min. Went by & no shoe & he never came to to say "we r looking for it" or "sorry its taking so long" no his ass just kept looking in the mirror. I finally had it & left, I left 3 item's they lost $150+ that day. I know go to the one in Montclair & I get treated so much better. read more

Customer Service is everything to me.....and nowadays you don't get good shopping experiences in most stores. However after recently shopping here and being helped by ELMA was amazing!!! She was patient, kind and most of all very helpful. I was impressed how she was able to handle so many duties and still take care of every need that I had I WAS BLOWN AWAY! First of all, I understand that customer service is important but I don't need a shadow the whole time I'm there..it's annoying and uncomfortable! Second, I'm not a prude but the girls that work there look like street walkers. I'm not hating...I'm really not..but somebody should show this girls how to dress trendy and classy. Here it's more like trashy! The African American girl topped it off thinking that walking around without a bra see through nude body suit was appropriate..wth?! So lack of class and disgusting. Believe me..I don't want nobody helping me ..help yourself...haha. Ewww. Plus, this a store that is open to families (which means kids might enter) Hello managers...put a little bit of an effort to hiring professional floor assistants not girls that look like they are walking the street.
