She was so sweet to my mom who's got issues with her feet n toes and The lady who did white tips on my nails n toes with glitter was So patient and took her time to make sure they looked amazing. I went in for a pink and white fill, she asked me if I wanted shellac I tried that last time and felt it was not worth the the fee, I was used to pink and white regular nails. The gal started my nail trimming them, then removed the old powder, than she started to apply new powder, but it was not pink. I said a second or third time I wanted a pink and white powder fill. Then she tells me they only paint them pink and white. I got up and asked her why didn't she tell me that to begin with. I started to walk out then she wanted me to pay her I told her for what! If she had told me to begin with they don't do pink and white fills I would not have started with her. Then she comes outside to take my pic. So I went in to take hers. Mediocre services. After my first visit (the lady made me bleed from my cuticles and gave me the bumpiest manicure in the history of manicures), I still decided to give this local place a second try. The manicurist was patient and detailed (which I appreciated!) but I am highly disappointed in the overall quality of my manicure. Shellac is supposed to last how long?!? This salon is horrible, very unsanitary. They use the same utensils for getting pedicures. They do not know how to properly do nails. The nails are always crooked and not the same shape or length. If I could give a half a star, I would have already done that! I came here, signed in, sat down and patiently waited. Another girl came in, and the employee (female who usually does eyebrows) waited on the girl before me. When I politely approached the employee to let her know I was there before the other girl, she yelled at me and embarrassed me in front of other customers. Their customer skills suck! I live 3 minutes away from this nail spa but I'd rather drive somewhere far to get GOOD customer service and be treated nicely. I have no problem spending my money elsewhere. read more

I was in town for a wedding and the bride-to-be recommended this place. First, the price was amazing. I paid only $25 for a pedicure. I guess the cost of living in MI isn't too bad. Anyway, it's been 3 weeks since I got my pedicure and my feet still look amazing. My polish has not chipped. And the gentlemen who did my pedicure handled my feet with such care. My toes never looked this good. I wish I lived in the area so that I could go to this spot regularly. But if I ever come back to visit, I will be sure to come here. read more

Jack did my fill in on 3/11/19 and on 3/12/19 my nail broke in half (Arcylic/and Shellac). I called on 3/13/19 in the morning. The owner (who does eyebrows) answered the phone and I explained the situation. She told me it would be $4 for repair. After work, I arrived at the nail, respectful and polite. Showed my nail in person, which contained no rigid marks or no damage to my nataural nail. She insisted on an additional $4 after I've paid $40 less than 48 hours ago. She told me that my nails were old and if I had received a full set, then there would be no charge. Which makes no sense! My nails did not require a brand new set of nails, and if that was the case...good customer service would've been to say that at the time of service to avoid my issue. She was rude and customer service was extremely poor. I've been a loyal customer for over 2 years and tip every time mainly because it's common courtesy not because of their attitudes. You know, I really had to debate whether or not i wanted to post this review because I dont want to ruin business for someone. But part of me thinks that people need to know the reality of this place. I was here on sat i walked in to a nice quiet busy nail salon hoping to get my gel tips taken off and maybe a manicure to replace them. Knowing this ive had my nails done alot growing up so I know what kind of service to expect. Yes i have my very own favorite nail salon but I was out of town and wanted to try a new place. So I walk in the door and sign a paper and sit down. And debate what i want to get done. After an hour of sitting around watching people walk out because either they couldnt wait that long or the flies from the trash were bugging them, it was finally my turn. A nice lady takes me back and asks why i want my nice nails off instead of filled. Honestly the outrageous price of a $25 fill plus having a toddler and puppy make for a hard upkeep so i told her. So she started to pick at them and couldnt get them off. And tells me they should have been soaking my nails while i was waiting. Then im handed off to another nice gentlemen who tries to shove what seems to be a knife in between the nails and cant get them off so he soaks them and then tires again cutting into my skin making my finger bleed and has me put them back in to soak. Up to this point my frustrations were ok but now im in pain and just want out of this place he takes them back out and trys to sand the wet nails off and my fingers hurting so i have a reflex to pull back unfortunately and i apologize and he puts them back to soak and leaves the building for a smoke and coffee comes back repeats and leaves for another smoke. Hes got all off now except for the one on the finger that is bleeding and wants me to leave. I ask him to do something with it because it wouldnt be good for me to pick at it at home they are the ones supposed to making my nails nice. So he complains to another employee next to him about how im jerking my hand away. Mind you yes you can speak another language but i can read body language and i explain my finger is bleeding and it hurts so the other nice gentleman quickly pops the nail off which is how all the nails should have been done in the first place like my favorite salon does everytime i get my nails done. After he finishes by sanding my nails he asks manicure or shellac, normally id say yes but my finger was full of blood and honestly it needed to heal and i didnt want anymore work done so he tells me to wash my hands and i pay and he walks off. No oil to heal the nail no apology nothing. This is the worst service i have ever had at any salon ever. At least an apology or free service would have been nice. I even still gave him his tip. Please train your employees to be better thats all i ask at this point. Women come to the salon to feel better and relax in the few minutes they get in a day. And yes i have pictures to prove how terrible my nails looked when i left and how much better they look after my care and putting oil on them. read more

I have been here a couple times for mani/pedis. They do a good job and use clean instruments and seem skilled at it. But the place is dirty. Every time i go there I want to dust and run the vacuum. There's nail polish on the tables. it's disorganized the carpets are dirty. They do not follow their sign up sheet they often take people out of order. Need to work on the customer skills and asthetics of the place but once you get going. The nail job is nice. They are usually very busy. So people keep coming. They just need to hire a house keeper. read more
