When I did use it, the machine then started blowing freezing cold air on me when I had wet spray all over me. It was awful. I complained to the manager and they did not care and offered no solutions, only excuses. When I complained to corporate, I received a $10 refund out of $42 I paid for the month, stating that 32.00 is their cost per spray tan. Not caring that I was unable to go due to their machines not working or that the one I did go to was botched. Just save your money and go to another company!!

I have a Level 1 package and pay a little over $20 a month. I know some have a preference of higher levels - but if you are just getting started, this should do the trick for you. Skin Deep is not only affordable but they have a ton of tanning beds too. Besides the day I signed up, I have always been back in a tanning bed within a minute or two of signing in with the employees. They also offer a small towel and goggles for each visit to use. If you are like me, I lose my goggles all the time - so this is a nice feature. I will definitely keep coming back to Skin Deep!

She seemed okay at first, but a couple weeks ago all i did was ask her what i had left on my tanning package, very bluntly told me what i had left and very bluntly said "what do you want", wasn't too happy about that. These people ARe here to serve the customers, and i sure as hell don't give them any grief, so i feel this was not acceptable.
