Brenda worked tirelessly with Max the assistant…read moremanager with customer service to get in touch with an obscure department that worked with resetting up E-SIMM's under special circumstances like the one we had today. It was a semi arduous process but we held tough and persistent and with a little extra work we were finally able to get back on track . I'm grateful for the dedication shown to customer service.

It's hard to even know where to begin with this review. Maybe writing a review will actually get…read moresomething done? I cancelled my service with T-Mobile over 1 1/2 years ago. Long story short I paid a large amount to pay off the devices so they could be unlocked and was told after dealing with many associates and supervisors that my service and account was completely closed. Fast forward to present day. I have apparently been billed for $500+ dollars for something I cannot get a particular answer to. Also the bills are being sent to my in-laws in another state. That is why I didn't know about them. I have called 3x and visited this store now 3x. I have been told something different each time I go. I have been told a supervisor would call me back every time and that hasn't happened. I have proof that I paid the large amount (banks statements) but I cannot get though to anyone even at the store to resolve this. I considered going back to T-Mobile since we are military and they seem to have a great promo for military now. But since it seems as though they are out to screw me over this might just end up in small claims court and I will keep using at&t.
