Rude Employees, they don't value their customers. My Dad got…read morethis internet company. Initially they said nothing about setup fees. Even though he specifically asked in person at their office. (Yreka,CA branch) After install the connection was shaky at best. On speed tests I averaged .1-.4 mb down and occasionally it would stop broadcasting the wireless. It would also stop broadcasting when the router was touched (I made sure the antenna was tight). I called in, did there bs tech support junk for a while. They blamed it on my computer after a couple calls they sent a tech guy. He also blamed my computer but agreed to bring a new router when I asked. A week later he came back after a couple more calls with a new router and what do you know my internet works. Speedtests are now 4 down 1 up which isn't as fast as they promise but a hell of a lot better than .4. So it took 2 weeks to get it fixed and if I wasn't persistent it wouldn't of been fixed at all.

A Google search showed we might have an option for fiber in our area. Sure enough they'd just run the lines up our long dirt road a few months earlier. They ran fiber two additional poles on the street and then up our property line and to the house. All at no charge. The service was faster than our Charter in Medford and outperformed a Starlink system we tried. Our internet went down and with a quick call the were onsite the next day. Turns out a critter has chewed through a line at the road. A quick fix was put together to get us up and an appointment made for a full fix the next week. Once again crews showed up and got to work. Bang, done. Super polite and easy to work with and for less than any of the other companies we'd tried. Way to go Hunter.

We lose phone service on a regular basis at this point right now we are considering dropping them and going back to AT&T, which is a terrible service but this service is worse. They never show up and they never set appointment so do not go with this company!!!!
