Just switched from Verizon to T-Mobile yesterday. I worked with Simone and she made this experience so great! She was patient, she was knowledgeable, and she was friendly! If you are looking to switch providers and decide to go to T-Mobile, I would highly recommend asking for Simone to help you make the change. On March 28,I went to buy a new phone. The male manager had Alina help me. While she was nice,they lied,played bates and switch wrote down on a piece of paper my monthly bill, nothing close,all lies. Don't go there. They told me by adding on a new line my new phone would be 2.00 per month, They gave me another line that costs 27 per month,lied about the fees for my watch and I trackers. Run from them. Go to Verizon , after 25 plus years I am going to seek a new company. They are dishonest,manipulative and will take you to the cleaners. ​ read more

My old cell phone, after many years, finally died. I went into the T-Mobile on Welsh Road near Blair Mill in Willow Grove and had a fantastic customer service experience. Both reps who worked with me took the time to set up my phone and show me how to use it, even though I had bought the phone on line and not from the store. Not only that, but another set of customers came in while I was waiting for my new phone to boot. One of them was an older special needs man, who kept talking to Shannon - one of the reps who was helping me. She very kindly and sweetly answered every comment from the man and he and his companion left with smiles on their faces. Not everyone would have had the patience and kindness. I just had a terrible experience at this T-Mobile store. I needed a pair of wireless headphones because I forgot mine at home. I spent about 15 minutes in the store looking at options, not once did anybody come to help me or ask me if I have questions. I finally found a pair that I wanted walked to the register... And again nobody said a word to me. As if I was invisible. I put down the headphones and walked out, drove to the nearby Walmart store and bought what I needed for 20% less. Don't Switch!!! They told me they would pay my final bill and cancelation bill and they lied, boy did they lie! They didn't pay, when I followed up they acted like it was in order but here I am months later with broken promises. People lie to me all the time but not as bad as T Mobile did. read more

I've had a lot of bad luck with phones, and anytime I've had to come in to get one fixed the staff here is beyond helpful. They're always friendly, and they all seem to love working here. And they check my plan to see if they can offer a better deal to save me money. I've had tmobile since 1997 - when they were called Omnipoint I think, and I've never wanted to switch carriers. Big shout out to all the staff at this location- it's rare these days to find such excellent customer service! read more

Do not ever go in this store. They have the worse customer service in the world. I went overthere 5 times to try to solve my problem and they didn't. A guy call Ryan told that he will solve my problem and call me. I am still waiting for his call. read more
