Stay away from this store! The worst customer service I have EVER received from a company! I walked…read moreinto the Metro by T-Mobile store on Route 130 North in Willingboro, New Jersey on Monday, June 22, 2026 at 10:45 a.m. I have been a Metro by T-Mobile customer for 15 years. I was greeted by music that was BLASTING through the very small store that had no customers in it (now I know why). "John" came out of the back room and I immediately asked him to turn down the music. He lowered it only slightly and I had to ask him to do it again, and again he lowered it only slightly. As I attempted to talk to him the music was still too loud, I reached over to the radio and turned it down myself. I told "John" I needed a new phone. He took down my phone number and accessed my account. I asked if there were any promos for me, he said "No". He told me I would have to pay full price for any phone and showed me a few options and then he said, "I don't know if any of these are in your price range", he assumed I could not afford those phones. He barely looked up from his own phone and was obviously not interested in helping me or selling me a phone. I walked out and walked back in to ask his name, he said "John", I asked for his last name and he said, "Why?" This young man needs to be re-trained and whoever trained him needs to be re-trained as well. Stay away from this store, use any other Metro by T-Mobile store but this one. I am now an ex-customer of Metro by T-Mobile, mostly because of the very rude service I received today. I now have a brand new $900 Samsung phone and watch from the regular T-Mobile (not Metro). The phone was free with their promo. Good bye and good riddance Metro!

I wouldn't go back there either make a recommendation I don't want to get slammed by my friend or family or neighbour's not confident with this kind of customer service good luck to you .
