I came in to get my cracked screen fixed ( I have an IPhone 11 Pro max for context ), was told the…read moreservice would take about 20 minutes and that it'd be done that day. Left and came back, was informed that the screen they put on it was defective but they were getting inventory and would still be able to fix it that day. Left again and as it got closer to closing time got no call, ended up calling the store but instead of connecting me to the store itself connected me to a 3rd party who claimed they'd contact them to get in contact with me for an update. Never got a call from them, ended up coming back before close ( around 6:30 ) and the neighboring business had to inform me that the employees had left and closed until the next morning. I did end up getting my phone the next morning and the screen is fixed, I can't say whether or not it will hold / malfunction or whether they'll honor the 90 day warranty if it ends up failing or breaking my phone, but the customer service is subpar and unprofessional and the communication is awful. Glad that I didn't end up with the experiences other people had but wouldn't recommend it considering how sketchy the entire transaction was. TLDR: Bad communication, indefinite completion times, unprofessional. Low prices but shady practice overall.
