Came into this location because the other one is a Verizon now and I was pleasantly surprised ..Me and my husband were greeted upon entry and immediately helped by Oly Hendriex ! She was so nice and extremely knowledgeable . We spent less money than what we thought we would and ended up walking out with a iPhone 16 pro max , and 3 apple chargers lol ! The staff is beyond rude and they do not understand the meaning of customer service! Asked for their DM business card and was told they couldn't give it to me. Then I was told it was my fault I wasn't contacted after their online rep told me I would be contacted and they had my device here but wouldn't give it to me because of an error on their part. Absolutely horrible customer service and incompetent employees. If I could give zero stars, I would. I was told to come to this location by Apple for technical support. I don't have T-Mobile thank God but this is where I was sent. I had an appointment and although I was not asked if I had an appointment I was assisted quickly. I explained to the guy what the problem was and as soon as he found out that I did not have T-MOBILE the guy told me all he could do was a soft reset. WTF, I could have done that. He then told me that my phone had issues due to the screen protector not being secure. Now, I'm not going to lie, what he said regarding the screen protector made sense. At any rate he told me that it would cost me $60 or $65 for the screen protector. Yeah, NO... I declined and made an appointment to be seen at Best Buy in Murrieta. Best decision ever as they took their time and figured out what the issue was. I did obtain a new screen protector for $25.00... smh I'm not sure if the guy at T-Mobile was trying to rip me off or what. Either way, I will never enter this whack ass establishment again and no thank God that I DON'T have T-Mobile. You guys suck and management should be made aware! If I could give 0 stars I would! FELIPE was incredibly rude to my mother and I today. We went in to upgrade 2 Apple watches and she wanted to look into upgrading her iPhone. She asked about the iPhone 15 and he said you might as well just wait a couple of more days and pre order the 16. My mother told him that she didn't want the 16 she wanted to see a 14 or 15 or even a 13 to which he talked over her and said we don't carry any thing older than a 14 and said it's over there and pointed to the corner where the iPhones were. I could tell this wasn't going to be a good experience but I let that shit slide. We started to walk over to the Iphones and he said lets check on the watches. he asked my mom for her ID and then he asked for a phone number. I said mine or hers. He said whatever number is on the account. I said we're both on the account. He proceeds to talk over me saying I just need a phone number again, I let that shit slide and I gave him my mom's number. Then says something about $100 trade-in and I told him I'm not trading in anything. I'm keeping my watches because that's what he was supposed to be looking up right! He told me I'm talking to her about her upgrade but rudely and with an attitude! so he was still talking to my mom about trying to upgrade her phone to a 16 when he was supposed to be checking on the upgrade for my watches and still talking over me .That's when I lost it and told my mom let's go and I told him that he was very f$x!@n rude and has poor customer service skills along with a few other choice words. I had to get in my car and Woosah. I can pretty much handle myself & keep my composure but dude had me heated. I was a Sprint person trying to separate my number from an account I was not primary on and the staff rallied to help me through the tedious process. Brandon and Mia, with support from Steve helped me and set me up. Brandon was also instrumental in getting my daughter switched over and between him and Miquel, the tech lead, they were able to make sure my contacts and everything else was not lost!! Oly continued the support a few days later when I had questions about my phone and plan. She went the each mile and called tech support to verify my status as the primary number!! Was in there yesterday to get my screen protector replaced. Purchased my phone March 2021 with the screen saver, and case and have had the screen saver replaced once already at no charge and no issues. This time, there was only one person in the store and jo customers except me. I gave him my phone and the phone number to the account and he asked if I had my receipt from over a year ago for the screen saver. He said he didn't see me and would have to charge me for it. I also have the phone insurance. I asked if there was a manager and he said not until noon tomorrow. I then told him that I have had my screen saver replaced before there with no issues. Today, I go to a different T Mobile and they looked me up and replaced it no question and no problem. I feel like this person just didn't want to put in the effort to help a customer. Always was under impression that T mobile has very friendly and helpful staff. Until visit to this location. Was sent here by National t mobile representative for accessory replacement. Customer representative Oly (or whatever her name was) went from "we don't replace anything" to I have to have a device with me, to I have to have broken screen protector on it, to I have to have a receipt for the purchase, to I have to have an actual PRINTED receipt with me (for the purchase that was done MORE THAN YEAR AGO)!!! And so on just so she wouldn't do her job. Was also practically demonstratively ignoring me by assisting other people (who was already being assisted by other member - assistant manager). Third guy saw that wasn't doing anything saw this all and didn't try to help neither and when I asked him if he can help me he said "I'm on lunch already". Very rude, unprofessional. Walked into this location on 12/20/21 after having been to the collier location and being told they couldn't help us. Victor B listened to what we needed and explained (just like the 2 girls at the collier store) that our particular scenario is handled over the phone through customer service. The difference is that Victor told us it can be done right there in the store with them calling customer service. What we needed took quite a while, and my husband ended up being late for work which would've never happened if the girls at the first store had helped us instead of just shooing us away. I've been With T-Mobile for 11 years, raise my kids up on T-Mobile And I rarely have any problems with them so my experience at the Collier location was extremely disappointing. Absolutely terrible customer service. As the review says below, don't come here for anything really. Really bad experience here and this is the only store with a technician in our area due to COVID. The tech did not want to help us one bit and was very rude. The manager seemed nice but left before they could finalize the claim. Needless to say we went there two days in a row and left with NO claim filed (the reason for our visit. ) We Drove out to the riverside location immediately after and they were able to do it in under twenty minutes! Terrible store to go to for anything really. Had an experience there where a guy told me a tracker came free with my upgrades, no charge, as like a gift from them to me, turns out I've been paying for it monthly. Another occasion is when my husband went in to get his phone fixed and one lady tells him he's able to get another phone at no charge, like an upgrade almost, and he goes back to pick it up after they call him and tell him his phone is ready for pick up, and the lady tells him she doesn't remember telling him that. Get your shit together people! It's a bunch of young "adults" who don't give a fuck and it's unprofessional. I will NEVER go back to that sprint/T-Mobile store. I recommend heading over to the store off collier by the Home Depot. And they don't care to fix the problem of anything. They just say "sorry about that".
