Which would be concerning, if it wasn't consistent enough for me to know it's done on purpose by whoever operates Sparklight's infrastructure. On top of that, their online portal is consistently down and the customer service phoneline can only get you a maintenance person a week, two weeks out from the time of your call. Terrible service, get literally anything else.

Received our monthly bill from Sparklight and was surprised to see a $50.87 increase since last…read moremonth. I was expecting a $10 increase, but not this large of an increase. I spoke with a customer service representative and a retention department representative only to find out that 2 promos I had expired. And there is basically nothing that can be done to lower the rate. This large of an increase with unreliable internet and television service is a slap in the face, so I am paying this overpriced rate for this month and will no longer be a sparklight customer as of 10/1. Sparklight service sucks!
