Very poor customer service. The staff have lied to and intentionally misled customers, and have been rude when confronted regarding their actions. They have quoted promotional prices then customers received higher bills with additional charges. They have refused to replace items covered under insurance. These things have happened to us as customers. Stay away. read more

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There were three female employees working and they were all super unprofessional. None of them were able to help me in upgrading to a new phone after I spent an hour in the store. They were all having side conversations in front of me and were more interested in what they were going to order for lunch than helping me. All of them were answering their personal phones for FaceTimes and phone calls. I still cannot believe I wasted an hour of my Saturday in the store and left with nothing. I don't understand how there were three employees "working" and I was the only customer in the store and I was still unable to accomplish what I entered the store for. So disappointing. read more

This should be zero stars. The workers will lie to you, mess up your account, and charge you for things you didn't ask for. DO NOT GO HERE. If you have trouble with your account figure it out yourself online, or maybe other T-Mobile stores are better, but the service here was horrendous. read more

I'm a very upset customer who went into your store to start a service and Leroy told me to come back the next day with the activation fee and I was in the hospital the next day and he decided to put it thru without my permission, no phones given or money down nor did I come back and he was so desperate for commission he caused me a large bill now when I went back to start it after my medical issues, and I was told I had to wait 30 days by T-Mobile 800# to clear the bill that should have never even been, and I still can't start a family plan because of Leroy ... such an inconvenience and a headache and the 800# is saying it's fraud... he should be fired because that's a crime and I should press charges as this is affecting my credit now ..... do not do business with Leroy .... I purchased a brand new phone. The service is horrible. It keep going in and out during conversations. The touch screen freezes up frequently. Incoming and outgoing texts are delayed. My in store customer service experience was long, confusing and unfruitful in many ways. I re-visited the store on 3 separate occasions to resolve simple issues. I got no where. The manager Ryan failed to transfer all of my data to my new phone. He asked his staff to help with no success. He blamed the issue on my Apple ID. After speaking with Apple Support in person as well as over the phone. I was told that the issue had nothing to do with my Apple ID. I have reached out to Ryan several times and he initially responded but after being unsuccessful in addressing customer service issues he has ignored my texts and calls. Ryan seemed more interested in selling me another line, home internet, Netflix and a expensive phone plan to boost his commission. The Netflix never worked, he lied about the 2nd phone being free. I paid for the taxes and still got billed for the totality of the phone costs. He refused to allow me to return the device. He was extremely flirtatious and used pet names which I found to be inappropriate and unprofessional. This store is a scam. They have no compassion for their clients. They also lack respect and technical knowledge when it comes to routine tasks. I'm not sure how Ryan sleeps at night but his behavior and lack of concern for customer satisfaction is on a high level of evil that I have never received from a cell phone company. read more

Super unprofessional. Walked in with two female employees in the room off to the side. No problem, I get that. Why hang out in the store when no one else is there. My "hello" was not returned. Zero acknowledgement of me walking in. When two female associates emerged moments later, I was immediately uncomfortable. One associate approached me and was talking to me with her mask pulled under her nose, the other one jumped onto the counter, and perched herself cross-legged, with her feet ON the counter, scrolling through her phone. Felt like walking into a highschool cafeteria, not a place I feel comfortable spending a ton of money on a new phone as neither one displayed any kind of professionalism. Going somewhere else. Good experience with the store staff. They were helpful and tried to understand what I was looking for. The store management went out of their way to "make it right" when there was an issue with a discount that was supposed to be applied. I understand there may have been some issues with others in the past, but my experience was fantastic. read more

I stopped by the T-Mobile to replace the cable That I had just purchased last month for my iPhone. Because the purchase date had been beyond the two weeks free return date, so I was not eligible to get a free replacement. I was A little upset because I did not wanna have to purchase another cable. And then Jonathan came to the rescue. He gave me went to his cables to you and keep. Of course this make me very happy! Absolutely horrible customer service!! We were quoted one price, and charged another. We were signed up for services we never discussed and the customer service to remedy this has been horrible. The sales associate had no idea about the products or the promotions. I have called several times and have spoken to multiple store manager's. They keep saying they will call me back and/or to call the next day. They either are not working, fail to follow up or hang up on me when I'm on hold. I've been told several times the district manager would contact me and still hasn't. I am just trying to cancel service and return all the products purchased. Some have not even shipped and the rest have never been taken out of the package. They still insist on a restocking fee of $80 per device. I would recommend never setting foot in this store or work with T-mobile. (We also tried calling customer service) read more
