Customer service experience here was terrible, seems like they just do the bare minimum and don't go out of their way to help their customers. Ordered a new phone and I needed assistance in getting it sent to a new address since my phone was returned to the sender. All I was told from one of the employees is I need to call 611 since they couldn't help me in store and "sorry we just have stupid policies" and left me to pretty much figure it out on my own. Afterwards I came back to the store to cancel my service due to the poor customer service experience and I was lucky enough to have EDDIE help me out and he went above and beyond the rest of his coworkers and was able to assist me in creating a new PIN, giving me the customer service number, providing me my account number and giving me guidance as to what to say the the customer service representative. Honestly had I been helped by Eddie from the start I probably would have kept my service with T mobile since he was much more helpful in helping me find a solution. Big shout out to Eddie for understanding how to properly service his customers. read more

I have made 6 trips to T-Mobile store on Hotel Dr. in Turlock Ca. They have my exchange phone (new) that was order on 7/14 ,with my name (Lynn Warren Rodriguez) on the box in there store . The employee with the (PINK) hair, would not take my old phone . Reason for exchange is phone screen is black has been this way since 7/2 . The phone has a warranty and insurance. Have only had phone since 9/12/2024 (Samsung A15) . Phone has NO psychical damage. PINK haired employee went in backroom to talk to manager , returned and said her manager said they cant take the old phone becuz it doesn't come on . I wouldn't be there if it would come on . WTF is wrong with these people? I ask to speak to the manager. The PINK haired girl tells me I can't the manager is not there . She had just came out of the back room where she had gone to speak to her manager . So WTF I said , now she is saying she talked to the manager on the phone OK B_ _ _H get the manager on the phone so I can talk to her . PINK haired girl says she can't do that becuz the manager is busy . WTF , to busy to talk to a customer. What the F_ _ _ is wrong with this picture ? I am going to report the PINK haired girl to the BBB and file a complaint . The PINK haired girl should not have that job . I don't even know why this branch is still open. The staff members in this branch are bunch of crooks! My grandmother came to this store to upgrade her phone. They had a promo where you would activate a pre-paid sim to get the phone for $80. Well, they took it upon themselves to do EXACTLY the opposite. They decided they were going to cancel her old number, which she didn't request. Add the another number to her account, which she didn't request. TO TOP IT ALL! The pre-paid number that was SUPPOSED to be activated wasn't activated AT ALL. We called the T-Mobile hotline and boy, were their staff confused they couldn't find a receipt online. We're now currently in the store for more than an hour AND! they "broke their system." They're unable to fix it. PLEASE AT ALL COST! AVOID. THIS. BRANCH! read more

Would give it a 0 if i could. I wanted to trade my phone in and upgrade it to the newest galaxy. I talked to their associate David and he told me that i could get $250 back for my phone. After signing all the paperwork they realized there was a small dead pixel on my phone and then they told me that i wouldnt be getting that $250 for my phone anymore right after we spent 20 trying to sign all the paperwork. So i had to wait over 30 min while they try to cancel my order for the galaxy. read more

I hate this "service!" Calls drop all the time. I often (usually) barely have one bar on my iPhone. They have stupid customer service (so far). DO NOT give up Verizon for this!...even with a new iPhone. It's not worth the hassle. read more

And I'm starting to hate T-mobile ever since I moved over here there customer service is horrible....I went finally yesterday Sunday!!!!! The sales kid that helped me was a typical Millennial. He had some fancy mohawkish hair cut, was wearing some bright hipster clothes and was cocky. He "pre qualified" me without even knowing my name...... he couldn't answer a single question I had and tried to push the most expensive phone on me. I will consider T mobile in the future, but not this location. read more

I've see this way too often with T-Mobile store locations. Their online/wifi speeds are so slow! How are going to advertise your product and say you can compete with ATT and Verizon, when your connection crawls! Open a store where he connection is good, or open more cell towers. Employees were friendly, hence the 2 stars vs 1. Waste of my time. read more

Went into this damn location today too pick up my warranty exchange tablet. I gave them my daughter's tablet which was the one not working. The screen was black and not coming on. Easy exchange right.....NOPE! These s.o.b's where trying their hardest to find other issues with it! They found a hair line scratch On it. The kid helping me tells the manager or whoever the hell she was to get a razor blade and scratch On the hairline scratch that's already On there to see if it's a crack or scratch. On top of that they're questioning if my tablet belongs to the account their looking at. Which is funny because when I ask is it not showing my tablet, they tell me the model of it. Then they're telling me they can't see the IMEI number and they can't process the exchange. Why's that you ask...oh cause the screens black SMDH! That's why we are doing the exchange folks!! So then I get, you can do an insurance claim...why the F would I pay more money if I'm still eligible for a warranty exchange. After going back n forth with these useless people..i left! So I call customer care.. they call the store to tell them that you don't need to see the IMEI number for a screen that's black to process the exchange. But like the KIDS that they are they go and LIE to customer care and say they can't process cause of the hairline scratch. Which by the way, they never told me that was the reason! It's a shame that this establishment has little kids who lie working for them! After calling customer care twice ready to cancel the line, I get a rep who is basically telling me a hairline scratch doesn't disqualify it from a warranty exchange. Thankfully I got a rep who went the extra mile and is now sending me my tablet through mail. Don't come to this store,they aren't even a real T-mobile store..the real T-mobile store is in Modesto. I just moved to turlock and this is the first store that has dissapointed me. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. read more

The only reasons I'm giving this review a 1 star is because you can't give negative starts. I went into this location because there's a recall on the Samsung Note 7. The manager by name of Jeremy Aguirre was very rude and unprofessional! He spoke down to me and my brother like we where idiots. We're going back to At&t they have better service and there customer service gets an A+ if you ask me. read more
