Its been 12 days now (Nov 24).... the night before Thanksgiving and my refrigerator is still not fixed. The freezer compartment doesn't freeze and here we are... Likely waiting until the holiday weekend passes to get a technician out to complete the repairs. I'll update this review if the issue will ever get resolved. Visits are always later in the day, so if any new issues are discovered it doesn't get addressed until the following day or the next business day, which could mean a few days. It's been miserable working with these guys and I hope the next customer doesn't have to go through the same things we went through. UPDATE 11/30: the refrigerator is finally working. I had a talk with the office staff and they explained the issues and delays with their business along with most small businesses trying to survive in this economy - okay makes some sense......... MORE UPDATE 12/4: Refrigerator failed again and I'm told the compressor and inverter board needs to be replaced. I was told they'll order the parts and it should arrive by next week. Days and weeks go by with very little contacts and updates. ANOTHER UPDATE 12/22: Still no parts. Still no updates. Refrigerator is still not working. I had to move my Thanksgiving to another home with the first failure, now Christmas approaches and I'll be out of a refrigerator still. Now the celebration gets moved to another family members' home... Tired of these guys and I went through Samsung directly. They sent a repair tech from Tetkniton to inspect my refrigerator. This technician said that my compressor and inverter was not the problem......!

I was not impressed with service tech, "Ryan", who is not very friendly and seems lackadaisical. He has two speeds, slow and slower. He started showing up whenever he wanted. I talked to him, to no avail. I finally called to cancel service. He immediately called back, blamed me, argued no one was home. I told him no one was supposed to be home, because he wasn't supposed to be there. He then admitted it was in the contract, that he was supposed to be there on the first Friday of the month. He mumbled something hard or difficult sometimes. He was very argumentative, was constantly interrupting. After acknowledging the contract, he went right back to blaming me. He said he'd been there two times in the previous weeks and no one answered the door. I told him, AGAIN, it was on days, when he was not supposed to be there. He went as far as to claim he believed we were home, but were hiding, and not answering the door. He didn't use very much product, just a sprayed here and there, with no complete coverage. He never solved my pest control issues. I talked to my neighbor, who also noticed he was doing a lousy job and was lazy. He caught him on video, confronted him . He lied and argued, even though it was on video. My neighbor fired him, cancelled service.

She was talking on the phone. I Explained why I was there and gave her both phones. She activated the new phone and connected it to the old phone to begin the transfer, the whole time she remained on her phone call, which appeared to be a personal call. After about 15 minutes, she told me it was $10, so I paid. I asked her if all contacts, pictures, and text messages were transferred, and she said, "yes". I get on the freeway and try to call a friend with voice command..... no contacts are in the new phone. I called Cricket Wireless to complain about the store's customer service and performance. Cricket immediately gave me a bill credit and noted my account so I could visit a different store and have the transfer done correctl, free of charge. And I've used Cricket before and didn't really care for the phones or the service. Nation Wide service and have add ons for different countries. No Roaming Charges either. Gotta love them...

Overall, I had a pretty good experience with RepairALL. My computer went to sleep one day and then…read morenever woke back up. Being short on time, and patience, to figure it out myself I decided to reach out and RepairALL was quick to offer their services. The good - They offered a free diagnostic and there was no wait time for me to bring in my PC. They had friendly and helpful staff. Their building was easy to locate and their fees were reasonable. Areas for improvement - It took a while for them to properly diagnose and repair my PC. Thankfully, I was not in a rush as I was traveling for work and had a backup PC to meet my needs. If one was in a hurry to get their PC back due to having no other options, I could see where a customer might get upset or impatient. I, personally, am not knocking them down on my review for this as it was not an urgent matter for me and I told them so. It's possible the lengthier timeline for me was due to the fact that I told them it was no rush. I would rather them take their time and do it right than a shoddy rush job. Overall, they did a solid job repairing my PC (typing my review from it right now) and really the only thing I'd suggest for improvement is maybe more proactive communication with the customer. I had to call in for status updates until the PC was fixed and ready for pickup at which point they sent me a text to let me know. I think a few more texts just letting the customer what's going on would likely improve the overall customer experience. I would bring my device(s) back to RepairALL since they repaired my PC and were friendly. If they improve on those little things it could easily be a 5-star experience.

The store associate did not seem to care about this and said "yeah we've had issues with the message system." If the system doesn't work or gives wrong info don't use it because I wasted my time and gas to come to your Modesto location. If the system you use gives a quote and offers service this should be honored at some level.
