I had a terrible experience. I bought my daughter an iphone. I paid in full and then still was charged monthly installments on my bill. It took three months and five conversations with customer service to straighten out the transaction. When I went into the store to try to straighten it out the store manager was disrespectful and gave me the wrong number for customer service twice. Horrible experience. My phone charging port broke so my phone was dead. My most urgent concern was retrieving pictures, videos, etc but regardless of whether that would (or would not ) be possible, I wanted (and needed) to buy a new phone. I was told by a sales associate that it was impossible for me to upgrade because of the fact that my phone was broken, rendering it an impossibility for my phone to receive a text code from the company. At every turn I was told, " not possible. " I am not at all tech savvy but everyone I've spoken to, regarding this experience, has actually laughed and said that this store location is a joke and should not even be open. It was like they were trying to discourage sales. I went to the t mobile store in cuyahoga falls. They were wonderful and very helpful. Was it possible for me to buy a phone there? Actually the worst service I've ever had anywhere. When we arrived the lady was complaining she couldn't leave and she's getting held over. She then proceeded to tell us that the store can't help us, we need to talk to customer service, which is understandable. Then when we got ahold of customer service and handled everything on there end the lady who was helping us stated she needed to go to the bathroom, gathered all of her things and then left out the back door. Switching from Verizon to T-Mobile was a great decision. My bill was literally cut in half. If you keep the phone you already had and are on a family plan, it's only $40 a person. Straight up, no fees or taxes. $40. I've been telling friends and family to switch over. I like it so much. The only thing I was worried about was coverage. I'm in mostly Kent and Stow and haven't had a single issue with reception. Not one. I recently traveled for a couple weeks and didn't have any problems either. If you're on another carrier and still have money on your phone or contract to pay off, T-Mobile will pay off the remaining balance for you. They also pay for your Netflix account, it really works. The store is clean and everyone is very helpful. Much more so that trying to call T-Mobile directly. And much more so than Verizon ever was.... read more

My wife and I have given this Tmobile location all our business for the last 7 years - many upgraded phones. Today when I asked for help transferring from my current phone that I bought there to a newer phone I bought from my brother, I was told they couldn't help because "we don't get a commission for doing that" . I was one of two customers in the store. The other customer was being helped by another employee. This store will get no more business from my family. read more

If I could give this store a minus rating it still would be to good of a rating. The store says that they close at 8pm. We walked into the store at 7:20 and to our surprise THEY HAD NO PHONES ON DISPLAY. Rude customer service and a lack of wanting to help any one. The young man working behind the desk seemed to be friendly enough, but the woman with the extra long eyelashes walking around with a bottle of cleaning solution and a roll of paper towels was lacking in the ability to meet her customers with a friendly face or attitude. After being told to look up the specs myself - I left the store saying, "I refuse to jump through hoops to get answers." After being told - 'You have a GREAT day." (Said in an absolute attitude of f-u) I said back, "I will and so will your competitors." And left the store. How lazy can you be. So, we went to AT&T, across the street and not only do they close at the same time, but all the phones were still on display and I could actually touch them. How about that folks! When we left that store and drove past T-Mobile it was 7:50 and the store was either closed early/lock up for the night or all the employees were in the back. Who cares - I have my new phone and they didn't get a dime. Maybe they can take the profits out of her salary to make up for the loss and send her to anti-rudeness school. LOL read more

Went in just to get a phone case for my new iPhone 14 Pro. Considering how expensive cases are, I like adding accessories to my plan so I don't have to cough up a chunk of change all at once. The last time I did this, it literally took two minutes. I was there for almost an hour. First of all, I know the minimum to add an accessory to your EIP plan is $49. It literally says it on their website. I was told here that it was $50, and that I couldn't add it to my plan. Okay, fine. I added a screen protector so it was well over the minimum amount, and it was probably a safe idea anyway! After being asked what my phone number was six times (I work in retail, and I know one thing customers get irritated with is repeating themselves more than twice. I'm usually super patient *because* I work in retail, but come on), I was told I had to pay $5. Okay, fine. After this, I waited like another ten minutes and had no idea what was going on. I got like three texts saying I entered an installment agreement, so I assumed all I had to do was pay the $5? Like, I already said I had cash in my car, so if it was a problem with the card reader, I easily could've walked to my car to get the cash. But again, I didn't even know what the problem was. Then, she told another associate that it was trying to charge me the full amount, which was like $70. This was AFTER I already had notification that I entered into an installment plan. I finally ended up saying "honestly I can just do it online, I didn't think it was gonna take this long." I just got an "okay, I cancelled it," and I was like "....Okay?" Grabbed my phone and headed out the door. You aren't even going to try any further? Oh, and also, even though the associate was friendly, nice of her to use the "R" word in front of customers. I'm honestly mad at myself for not calling her out on that because that's just inappropriate and disrespectful. I'd be fired if I spoke like that at my job. I definitely don't recommend this location. Thankfully it's 2022 and you can get stuff done yourself online. I normally do everything this way, but obviously a case is something I'd rather just go and pick up so I have it immediately. Hopefully my phone survives while I wait for my case to be shipped. I love T-Mobile, but I feel like I can never get easy assistance in their actual stores. Two stars because of the effort I guess? read more
