Just got done switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. Went to the store off of The Old Rd. and WOW! That was by far the best experience I have ever had at a phone store. We were helped by Jimmy Rivas and he was absolutely amazing. So incredibly helpful and walked us through everything. He went above and beyond to make sure we were all set up and happy with our experience. Not only was he very knowledgeable but it seemed like everyone in the store really knew what they were doing. You could tell they were all helping each other and working as a team. I highly recommend using this store if your with T mobile. No matter where you live in santa Clarita go out of your way to come here. read more

Extremely bad service. Waited 10 minutes in line did not get acknowledged did not get helped. After they finished with a customer I asked if I can get rung up for a charger and they said I have to wait in line until they have finished with six other customers. Highly disappointed. The sales person engaged in deceptive practices in order to get us into a contract. My husband I purchased our phones as well as a plan at this location- on the promise we would receive a substantial rebate in the mail. The sales person even printed out the forms for us. However, we only found out after the return period that we would have never qualified for that rebate- and have now lost $400 and are stuck in a contract. Ripoff artists, liars and thugs!!! Don't do business here! Paid $161 for free phone plus 3 months service she put my old number on it, worked fine. Then t mobile cut off my service! Called customer service they had zero record of my $161 payment told me I had to go back to the store they would correct it. Went back an hour on the bus each way and I'm 70 and disabled, they said its because we put it on a different phone number. So fix your employee's error. No we can't do anything for you that offer you have to get a new number. Stop lying you're looking at the receipt and at the phone with the sim card she put in. Fix the problem. Now 3 asshole men staff standing there smirking at me delighted they're robbing an old woman. Fine I'm done here's your phone back give me a full refund. No ha ha ha we don't refund prepaid. Really? For service I paid for and did not get due to your error? Why doesn't t mobile have a record of my payment? Is this just a total ripoff scam you take my money and put it in your own pockets? They refused to give me their names or business cards. I went back in and put them all on video. They protested. I said call the sheriffs when they see this evidence they'll arrest you for fraud. Walked in here this morning because I needed to exchange my samsung galaxy note7 in for another samsung product due to the recent recall. I was properly greeted and helped on the spot. I have been to other t-mobile locations here in santa clarita and this by far is the best place. I received quality customer service from Jay Z. (not the rapper.) He was very knowledgeable and sympathized my distress in having to switch phones; since I absolutely loved my phone and it was a federal offense to have the phone in an airport. It took a while, but certain situations like these take time. Jay took the time to transition from the note7 to the 7s edge. Took my daughters iphone SE in because it was acting up and she has the $12.00 Jump plan anyway, the employee was full of beans, he said go to the Apple store in the mall and they will replace it, yeah they will for $236.00, so I went to the T-Mobile in the mall and he looked it up and said there is a $5.00 processing fee and we will have a replacement tomorrow. Today, however, they look up my account and won't even deal with me because they still have my old last name on the account!!! Which had never been a problem before!!!! WORTH CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!on Saturday 10/20/2018 around 2:45pm we went to this store for business. No greetings or welcoming or even a word when we got there. I was there with my daughter to buy a phone for her. We were standing there for 5 minutes and nobody asked us a question! They're two employees supposedly helping two customers. They didn't even turned their head to look at us. We have waited 3-4 minutes until 2 other employees came out from office which I thought they're going to help us but guess what? They both ignored us 100%!!!!One female walked out right from of our face and the male employee (manager) turned the opposite way like we are not there at all!!!!! WTH is wrong with you guys? If you're not happy working for T-mobile just quite. We left the store and nobody ask a question again. I NEVER GO TO T-MOBILE ANY MORE. Instead I go with AT&T although they're tricky but at least they have a very good and professional staff on ATT of Stevenson ranch. read more

At first, I was really looking forward to switching to T-Mobile. They have great service out here and I love having unlimited data. However, my dad and I have been going back and forth with the manager Melanie about not receiving our Carrier Freedom refund. My boyfriend and I, who were on my dad's account, switched to T-Mobile from Verizon. After canceling, we owe $653.63. T-Mobile says they'll cover $650 per line, so we figured it'd be covered, thus why we switched. The sales associate never mentioned that I need to make sure that the phones were financed under OUR numbers. I found out today that they were financed under my dad's, which means he would have to switch over to T-Mobile in order to get the refunds. This is after the sales associate I had set up my line with had told me to sign up for the tax season refund promo, only to go through hours of hell with customer service because they told me that because I had applied this promo to mine and my boyfriend's lines, we weren't eligible for Carrier Freedom anymore. Through all of this, the manager always acted like she was explaining why they were in the right and not once has she apologized for the inconvenience my dad and I have had to go through. This will be his second time visiting the store from Burbank because the manager isn't in and she'll "call us right back when she comes back". We physically have to go to the store so they can't avoid our concern. I regret switching in the first place and I warn people who are looking into switching to make sure that your phones are financed under YOUR number, otherwise you'll go through hell like we did. I've shed tears over these past few weeks and I can't even get a simple apology from the manager. I've seen managers bend over backwards and apologize for the most petty situations, and she can't even show a little compassion. I usually don't make a fuss over customer service, but that's just not right. read more

Don't get me wrong, I totally love Tmobile, they have impeccable service and wonderful plan rates--the former and latter are the main reasons we stuck with them but THIS PARTICULAR STORE GIVES TMOBILE A BAD BAD NAME (i feel like it's AT&T bad customer service all over again!) I have visited this store a few times but have had bad experiences everytime. Their sales associates are rude and don't give a damn--considering this store isn't even that busy! Since then, i've only been dealing with their 1-800 number coz they give you clearer, better and more helpful answers! I needed to call this store again after so many months--and to my disappointment still the same sucky customer service!!!!! Lucky for Tmobile their online customer service is great but hopefully they can do something about the management of this particular store. Probably it's time to move on and CHANGE your hired manager and associates!!!!! Hopefully someone from Tmobile is reading this. This review is only about customer service. Their products and plans are good, we switched over from Verizon for that reason. But man.... talk about lousy customer service. First, when you go to Verizon, you sign up on an electronic board to save your place in line. Then you can wander around or sit or even go get coffee if the wait looks long. Here at the T-mobile store, however, there's no electronic sign-up; instead, you have to wait for one of the reps to come around with a paper form. The problem is, the reps were all busy when I arrived, and despite asking a couple times to be put on the waiting list, the rep kept telling me he would get to it "in a minute." After nearly 20 minutes of waiting (and standing in a pseudo-line to not lose my place), they finally put my name on the list. I'm writing this right now while still waiting to be called, almost 30 minutes later. Second, they're woefully understaffed on Saturday. When I arrived, there were only 2 reps working, with about 8 people waiting around. A couple more came to help, but wouldn't that have been something they should have prepared for in advance? I was here the Saturday before, and the rep who was helping me even mentioned he wasn't sure why there wasn't more staff. Finally, there is almost no seating here - just 2 benches in the entire place. So if you are stuck waiting and you're not one of the lucky 2 or 3 who finds a seat, you're standing. Note: I do NOT blame the employees, it seems this is either a store policy or maybe it's a T-mobile one. Either way, they have GOT to find a better way to service customers when there is a line. read more

I don't like to criticize this store because I am a loyal customer and today I had it with them. I went in to pay my bill and I wanted to trade my phone in. So I ask one of the representative how much is my iPhone 6 is worth. He said it is work 351.00 and I said okay what can I do now. So he introduce to jump on demand and I was like okay let's try it out. So the representative who was helping told me that I needed to buy a phone to qualify to not have anything come out of my pocket. So I went to Walmart just to find out I couldn't do the jump on demand because I owe 400 for my iPhone 6. So I was okay I'll keep my phone. I told the representative to customer care so I can cancel my mobile web on my iPad and they did so I ask the customer service how can I qualify for the jump on demand and she said that I couldn't but I told them I wanted to upgrade my phone and they added the jump one program. So after this whole situation the representative who help me out told me that it was a time issue. I call customer care and they told me that I can go to another store to see if I can upgrade my phone and they did it for me. I am not coming back here because they did run around on me. They didn't want my service at all so now I am happy to say is that Valencia mall got my service there. read more

After having a terrible experience at another T-mobile store, the manager at this location was able to turn my experience from negative to a positive one. Jackie was able to accommodate my needs and went out of her way to make sure I was given the respect and attention any customer should be given. I have to give this store all 5 stars because every sales person in the store that assisted me this weekend was great. I was assisted by Jay, Jackie and Ethan. It was a pleasure knowing that every staff member in that store is able and willing to help every customer individually and is well trained for any situation. If only I could do a half star I would. This stores associates and managers are absolutely terrible with customer service and actually knowing what they're doing. Although I am still upset with the mess I had to put up with I was only happy with one associate who seemed to know more than the actual managers that run the store. I have been waiting for a call back for the past few weeks and each time I leave a message to get a call back from a manager they never do. I've been calling everyday!! The associates are so dumb they made me lose money because they have no idea how to do their job and make sure they tell their customers how to do things and they need to do! The only names I can remember that have been terrible help and don't know how to do their jobs were Ronnie (a manager) and Jackie (i believe currently a sales associate?) I highly recommend you going to a different location but if that is most convenient for you then ask for Sergio. Everyone else is RUDE AND DON'T KNOW A DAMN THING ABOUT THEIR JOB! read more
