    David is the guy. He was very helpful and it is obvious he knows his stuff. Also they had enough staff working and there was no wait.

I now have filed a complaint with the FCC it turns out during original installation 5 years ago the named modem and router the same name thus causing device's to be confused when trying to log into mesh router. Sparklight has been horrible to deal with. You would think being in a regional manager position you would at the very least answer emails and customers concerns. We paid appropriately $300 month for 5 years for shoddy service all this is documented I told Sparklight I would absolve them of any future for a 3 month credit they are afraid to respond and set a precedent as they know we are not the only customer that's being treated unfairly.
