If you have elderly parents - make sure they do not go into this store. My parents were taken advantage of every time they went in. They were upcharged and sold things they didn't need. This was confirmed by one of the employees who currently works there when we went in to cancel the DirectTV they sold them. This employee also told us that when my parents would come in, the sales staff would jump on the chance to sell my parents Direct TV, internet, new cell phones.. equipment services, etc. Make sure to check your bill to see if they added features you don't need. I personally have been an AT&T customer since they purchased Cingular. My parents have been as well. I don't trust any of these retail stores.. even the corporate ones are just as bad. I now only deal directly with customer service by phone l!! This store and my local At&T stores were the nail in the coffin to no longer trust these retail locations. SAD! read more

I've been a happy, no hassle, customer for over 15 years as has my entire family. Purchased 3 new phones 31 days ago. 1 day late bringing back old trade in phones. It cost me $1850+. No grace. No loyalty. I offered to pay something as I am late by a day and I'd expect a penalty. But I was told there is zero help. Called AT&T loyalty department as suggested. Zero help. My loyalty meant nothing to this company. Zero. I will be moving our 5 lines and watch to a competitor. AT&T took their one time win over my continued business and referrals, which were many. 1 day. $1800.00.........after 15 plus years. Relationships matter. read more

Tried to end my business account but they won't access my account because my ID which I had in 1980 when I opened the account doesn't have my full name but the new license after 65 shows full name so they say they don't match and can't do anything about it Or access my account. And they continued to charge me for my phone after I paid it off. They are ripping off customers at the Sherman store, people would be wise to end their dealings with them. As a family, we've had home & cell phone service with AT&T for almost 20 years, so I've been coming to this location for quite a while. If it weren't a hassle, I'd have switched companies a long time ago. When it comes to friendly employees, it's just the luck of the draw and it depends on the type of day they're having. Wow! Great customer service for a small AT&T store in small town Texas. Before I could even get to the door I was immediately greeted by a CSR who asked what I was here for and whom the right person would be to help me assist me. After she put my name down on her iPad for assistance I browse around only for about 15 seconds then I have someone coming over to me and asking I might need help with. Why can't I get this kind of service everywhere? I was needing Internet and the bad news was that for the town that I'm in it's all hotspot! well that puts me SOL due there being no other provider and my current provider will not have a hole in the ground for like another 2 months and since I run an online business, I'm loosing money as we speak. 24 years with AT&T and this was the worst. Stephen is a worthless. One star only because there is no zero. Walked in to the store prepared to buy two iPad airs valued at 729.00 each according to the salesman. Could not look at the unit as there was a 19 or 20 year old who had just stepped up to look at them. After a few minutes we realized that the 20 something pimple faced gomer was here to play games while mommy and daddy were here for other purposes. After about fifteen minutes and more than three or four hints to our customer service rep that went ignored I decided to leave. He would rather try to change my service and the name it is under than to run this 20 something pimple faced waste of space off so we could purchase them. As we walked out the door he offered to get his manager. To little too late. Hope gomer bought a couple of I pads. know he really wants them, because they play games very good! I've been coming here since Marissa and Michael were new little CSR's and have found only helpful and competent CSR's. When my questions stumped one, they 'fessd up' and called for help. Do they get busy - Yes. Do some need experience - Yes. But that's everywhere. Some people are just always unhappy and will never be satisfied. Would like to visit more but my wallet says 'Stay clear'. read more
