We wanted to make sure everything was safe and functioning properly, so we called Dryer Vent Wizard. Mitchell was our technician, and he was fantastic. He arrived right on time, was incredibly thorough, and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. I really appreciated that he didn't rush through the appointment and made sure we understood the condition of our dryer vent system. After the service, we unfortunately received the same error message again. We called Dryer Vent Wizard, and they came back out free of charge to take another look. Mitchell suggested replacing our dryer hose for a very reasonable $40 fee, and since making that change, we haven't had a single issue. It's refreshing to find a company that stands behind their work and doesn't leave you hanging if a problem isn't resolved the first time. Between Mitchell's professionalism and their excellent customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dryer Vent Wizard to anyone needing their dryer vents cleaned or inspected.

When we called him afterward to express our frustration, his response was completely inappropriate--he mentioned needing to "bring a weapon" if returning to our home. All of the staff that I encountered were very friendly and professional. The store was empty on the two occasions that I visited. This left plenty of places to sit down and try on sneakers. They have lots of inventory for the entire family. I found a pair of sneakers that I liked but they did not appear to be the same quality of my other purchases so I passed.
