It says (hilariously I might add) "Let me take a look at your equipment!" (Beg pardon!?) It then pings a signal to said equipment and tells you to give it 5 minutes. It often takes several tries. Not to mention the irritating nuisance of certain apps, like Disney/Hulu never connecting until they've verified who you are. They ask your user name, email addy, phone number, it asks you to verify the name of the subscriber, and enter your password. It always says your password is incorrect. Disney is policing that app to make sure no one is beating them out of a nickel, but we can't question why a trip to their parks costs $10K per family for 4 days. But that's a topic for another day. Spectrum's Xumo streaming device is C H E A P. Drop the remote on a hardwood floor and you'll be picking-up 100 cheap pieces of plastic to reassemble it. It can be done, I've done it.
