While in-store trying to change my phone#, the representative tried to push certain numbers off on me. Typically these phone#s have constant scam calls and FaceTime scam calls. I wanted a particular area code & zip code that I mainly conduct business. The representative writes my new number in large print on the top of the confirmation sheet. Mind you the sheet has the new number written in small print. But to ensure the number was visible with the Meta AI Glasses he wrote the number in large print. The new phone number I received was hacked and the entire phone had to be reset with all logins & passwords changed within 24 hours from the in-store visit. Also, it took several tries for him to capture my Driver's License for account verification. Again sharing personal data to these scammers within our community. This didn't click until I woke up the next day and my phone was hacked.
