I would recommend staying away from t mobile all together as I am a new customer and haven't had a good experience. If you insist on getting it, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. I am going on 1 month of trying to resolve the issues the reps in store caused (one of which no longer is even employed there). They fucked up my trade in, misquoted my bill, and now my bill is way over what I was even paying at my previous provider. I was called by the store manager 1-22 (after my family Member spent all day at the store trying to resolve this) being assured it was being handled. As of today, it has not been resolved and my bill just keeps going up. They will tell you they are a corporate store and do everything correctly but they don't. read more

When recently visiting this location upon referral from a friend I was extremely pleased with the representative Jonathan that helped me. He had explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and not feel dumb. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family. What a headache! We switched over to T-Mobile from Verizon. When we went into the store, we were told I would get a military discount. Well, you would think it would be easy to get that done, right? Wrong! Since the guy helping us put the account under my wife's name, the discount didn't apply. Of course we did not find this out until the bill came due a few weeks later (then came the phone calls and wait times to get that straightened out). While getting the sales talk,the guy tells us they will buy my son's phone from us since we still owed Verizon for that. Simple right? Wrong! After getting everything set up, and coming back a week later with my son's phone, we were told his phone did not qualify. Seriously? And in general, T-Mobile stinks! The wife and I took a trip to Dallas, TX and struggled to find service when not connected to wifi. Huh? Dallas? I understand the middle of nowhere, but Dallas? Come on now..... I do not recommend T-Mobile, and I do not recommend this store if you do choose to go to T-Mobile. Either they lie to you, or do not know what they are doing. read more

Walter helped me decide which phone would be the best fit for me, and Izzy carried out the whole process flawlessly. The Manager at this store, Charles was excellent. Just walked in looking for a phone case and he managed to cut my current bill to less than half with T-Mobile while getting us much better service and plans. Cant say enough about how pleased we were with the service received there. Would highly recommend to anyone not with T-Mobile to go by and see how they can improve on your current plans. read more

Metro PCS and T Mobile are two of the worst phone companies to ever do business with, Metro PCS being the customer service over the phone, my father had set up auto pay but they failed to tell him that they pull the money out 5 days before your bill is actually due. We called them and they claimed that they did tell him when they didn't, they took there money five days early and over drafted his bank account and could absolutely care less when we called them. Instead of helping they put my dad on the irate caller list! As for T Mobile, my wife and I were looking into getting a phone with them, we went to the office in Rogers on Pleasant Grove Re and one if the women there were completely insulting! Our phones were still within the exchange period at Walmart and she presumed to tell us that they would pay more then what we would get back from Walmart and then offered us 25 dollars for them and the phones were worth more than twice that! After we told her she kept insisting that we trade our phones there for way less and was completely rude when we left without their phones or service. Apparently this person was actually an employee from the Fayetteville store in the mall! I would not recommend either of these services to anyone at all! Avoid! read more

This T-Mobile location has individuals that do not know what they are doing and when they make mistakes that cost you money the manager will only offer you a credit which is only half of what you paid for service. What happened is I told the guy what I wanted and showed him even on my phone what service I wanted. Upon completing the transaction I found that the service I requested was not the service I received. Mind you I was not the one who activated the SIM card it was the employee. What he had done was place me on a prepaid plan that did not even have the International plan I wanted. So I called customer service to get that fixed and they told me to go back to the store that they could not do anything. Upon returning to the store the representative David said that he was sorry and switched it all over to what I wanted, but had to speak to his manager about the prepaid sim he had given me in the first place that was incorrect. The manger said he could not refund my money but would give me a credit on my. I'll if I called back in 14 days for half the amount I was out. This was not my fault and I was not the one who activated the card either. I believe this is very poor customer service and that the general manager shall hear about this. read more
