    TERRIBLE experience! I would not recommend! Salespeople tell you that everything is tested before…read moreit goes to the sales floor. That is a lie! I purchased a stereo system and when I got it home it would not play a cd, I could not get an am/fm station to come in because it didn't come with an antenna and the docking station was falling apart. I drove from Albert Lea and they would not compensate me for my gasoline. They sell faulty crap!

When the manager is the worst and the employee should be the manager. Ahmed is an employee in this store and, few days ago, he helped me greatly with our t mobile needs. We came tonight with the frustration that we are being billed more than usual and the manager was there at that time. I explained my frustration and he asked that we call 611. I agreed and I asked him if we can be in the store so they have some sort of correlation's along the call. He showed a rude attitude and kept saying "I can't help with anything!" I said "I know. that's okay!" A good manager would say "that's alright, you're welcome to stay until things are sorted" with a smile and a good attitude. Yet he didn't. Mind you, I was with my 65-yo father and my disabled brother. I started calling 611 and I asked my father to get something from the car. With the rudest behavior ever, he said not to "keep going back and forth into the store". I asked him to be more polite and that I didn't appreciate his tone. "Get the hell out of my store!" He replied. My father and I asked for his name but he kept refusing. My father was about to call the police but I told him not. We walked out and immediately filed a complaint against him through T mobile customer service. I'm grateful for the person who was with me on the phone who helped me sort out my issues. And I'm also grateful for Ahmed. I look forward to knowing that T mobile took serious actions towards this rude, misbehaving manager.

    Update 4/20/26 - (I received no prompting to post this - I just want to close this chapter in my…read morelife.) FINALLY! IT HAPPENED! I met someone who I later discovered works in the local office. She did an internal request/follow-up on the status of the pole. Magic happened, and I received a call from "Dave" on 4/3 that the pole was to be removed about 4/6. That day came and went - nothing happened (which I have come to expect so not surprised). I receive another call from Dave 4/17 apologizing that some things got mixed up and they should be there the following week (and I also found he was having a serious medical issue and was managing this on his laptop from the Hospital). Monday, 4/20, a team showed up, moved the wires to the new pole and removed the old pole! (See Photo) While the two people that made this happen are both MORE than "5-Stars", I can't give a higher rating than 2 to Frontier due to the years that have elapsed for this to happen. I have appreciated my now-pleasing view out my kitchen window the past 2 mornings, and I want to send a HUGE personal "THANK YOU" to Teresa and Dave for your work in moving this very old mountain for me!

    We've had Frontier, former Rochester Telephone for over 30 years for our landline but will soon end…read moreour service with them. Two weeks ago, coming home from a trip we noticed that there was no dial tone, so we called Frontier. We got a date for a tech to come out nine days later. Quite a long time without service we are paying for, but oh well. On the day the tech was supposed to come we made sure to be home, waited all day and then found out at night that our service had been rescheduled for 12 (!) days later, which will be three weeks after we reported it. No reason, no contact! We called a number of times but either got no explanation let alone solution, or promises ("we will put you on the emergency list, someone should be there today or tomorrow") which never materialized. This isn't terrible customer service, it's NO customer service. Fortunately there are alternatives so that we can soon say goodbye to Frontier.
