I explain the issue and he said "oh, it's your SIM card. Stop into any Verizon store at any time and they'll change it out, takes 5 minutes". So I asked if he could just do it and he said "not without an appointment". There was no one in the store. So we left. Took a week for me to be home and made an appointment at this location. Showed up and was greeted by Tristen. I explained my issue and Tristen took 45 seconds to pop out my SIM card, only to find that it was the card. Even prior to looking at my SIM card, he stated he believed it was an issue with the account itself. So, we made some easy changes and guess what... phone works WAY better and does what it should. Tristan had stated he literally just started with the company and it had been his 3rd week. He was super nice and very professional in helping me troubleshoot my phone problems. He may be new, but he was right. He didn't just blow me off like the NW store... which we have had many issues with over the past couple years. Who knew this little gem existed. The phones (5) were supposed to be FREE ... not one month have we not been charged a fee for each phone! This is bate and switch!!!! Fraud!!! And the internet is half the speed I was told!! I have spent hours on the phone with customer service and hours in the store trying to get this all corrected to the amount we were told!!! I am so frustrated with this terrible situation!!!!
