Not a real Verizon. It's just a 3P retail store. The service at this store this day was horrible. The guy could have saved me two trips, time and headache if he had just said they were a privately owned business. If your purchasing, go to a corporate store. I promise you, you will pay more at a non-corporate store, miss out on problem resolution options and as far as service that's up to the individual. This dude on this day, sucked. The guys that work here seem to be pretty solid. Friendly and always willing to help. I didn't enjoy the extra time I had to spend in the store due to the gentleman wanting to check my account only to try to upsell me on something he'd find in the system. I came for a screen protector and phone case (which I obtained) but it took longer than I wanted it to. Again, these guys are great, and I understand having monthly goals to reach and such, this is just my personal experience. I believe this location is a retailer and not an actual franchised Verizon so keep that in mind. Would I be back again, probably not. The accessories aren't great so it would just to get a phone and I don't have a need for that soon. Let me know your experience. read more

Horrible service today at the Knollwood location! Just trying to get info on a phone already paid for I hate this store

I'll admit it. The iPhone 12 Pro advertising just absolutely sent me this year. Having worked in marketing myself, I knew it was only a matter of time before this campaign converted me. That moment happened last Friday. After seeing the ad for the zillionth time I logged onto myverizon at lightning speed. The most intoxicating text was lit just below my device: eligible for upgrade. I was euphoric. I immediately searched Verizon near me and floored it to this location. Well when I arrived I noticed I had to check in using a phone number out front because of covid. No time to lose, I thought. It was pretty seamless except when it was my turn, this fellow customer got super pissed at the person working and tried to say he was getting skipped in line. He was dropping lots of F bombs and throwing a tantrum but the Verizon representative was professional and did not stand for that foolish behavior. He ordered me the iPhone in pacific blue and said it would arrive Wednesday....but to my surprise it arrived MONDAY! Once again I was completely intoxicated seeing the fedex delivery notification. I remembered they said I might see that it's delivered but to wait until they call to go get it. I had to practice some serious patience during this waiting part. I've always been a "normal size" phone person, too much of a coward to get the max or plus versions of iPhone. Well, It's safe to say those days are over. I'm living my life to the fullest now and my iPhone reflects that. It's larger than life but I think I'll grow into it. Even though apparently this place is a fake Verizon, it did a great job pretending to be a real Verizon and that's what counts. Thanks a bunch. read more

I was "sold" a free phone with my new plan. Oops they're out of the pixel 8 so I can just finance the extra $200 for the pixel 8 pro. Oh, and oops, now I'm paying for the entire $1000 of a pixel 8 pro AND I am not receiving calls and text messages. My problem? Yes, according to Verizon corp and the store. I am a 20+ year customer and own Verizon stock. Rethinking my decisions. This is ridiculous. I now have a phone that cannot receive important calls on that I have to pay $1000 for in order to get a working phone. WTF. I give it a negative 100%. read more

I had a phone delivered to this Verizon and they refused to even let me in because it was 20 minutes until closing.

Went in to get the new iPhone this weekend and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and I appreciated all of the covid precautions they were taking. I went Sunday right when the store opened at noon and they had a sign outside explaining how to check in as they are only allowing 2 guests in at a time. They had hand sanitizing stations and signs on the floor marking safe distancing guidelines too. I was there a little over an hour but only because my phone took a long time to update to the latest software. It was a seamless process to upgrade and if I have any phone issues I'll definitely come back to this location - they were great! read more

Please read this! Do not go to this Verizon retailer. Drive the extra miles and go to a different one. They didn't honor one of their promotions and so I ended up having to pay for the iPad in full for my 6 year olds birthday. It's so sad! They didn't try to work with me in anyway. If you want to be lied to and sold things you definitely don't need, this is the store for you. We were told our sprint phones would not be able to be transferred over to Verizon despite being told by another Verizon store we could. I was then told I need to get more storage on my new phone because the one I currently had was almost full. It turns out she was only saying this because the store only had one iPhone in stock that had 256gb in gold. I didn't want that phone so we left. We went to a Verizon corporate store where we were told we could use our sprint phones and they had every iPhone in stock. I felt like they were 100% honest with us as well as helpful without pressure. My suggestion is to not bother with this third party retailer. read more

Store Manager Andrew Newby did not have the 10/10 customer service that he boasted about. Was attempting to get simple information and gain access to MyVerizon account, stated he was not tech support nor could gain access to basic account information. After 30 minutes of struggling on the store computer was capable of gaining access on my personal phone, after just gaining access Mr.Newby was able to finally give me the information that was needed on his own computer. 0/10, cancelled my Verizon account minutes after leaving the store. This is a Victra owned store basically meaning it's not a real Verizon store even tho it visually looks like a Verizon store. They jack the prices up compared to Verizon. Have fun paying over $100+ for the same phones. My mom and I learned the hard way. She recently bought a phone from here and looked online and found it cheaper. Called her local Verizon and they told her they couldn't refund her the difference because it's a completely different company. Looking now most "Verizon" looking stores in the twin cities area are owned by Victra. Her phone doesn't even work that she bought so that's neat. read more
