This guy came and said it was 30 day free service and that I wouldn't be charged or held…read moreresponsible unless I wanted to continue the service..i agreed and to only the cable and internet..not only did I get manipulated into a "30 day money back guarantee service " which wasn't what I agree to , the guy added the phone on to it service bundle which I'm charged $124 for a bundle of 3 when I didn't even get the phone...then it's almost impossible to contract anyone because of their automated system...and then the actual store in piqua doesn't have a number to contact them so I was on the phone almost an hour Tryon to figure out a solution to this manipulation..the first lady was very nice and said she takin care of it and all I had to do was to get transfers to a cancellation person...so when that happened the guy was like your one day past your 30 days and said I have to physically take the stuff into the piqua store so I don't get any further bill..which I shouldn't have to do that but I will so I wont be charged and he says..will see what we can do about...this tthing is a scam and the fastest interest internet service was b.s. cuz mine ran at 60 mbs instead of the 100 mbs as advertised..my girlfriend and I are in government assisted housing to help with our 3 kids and I was off work for 3 months because i broke my hand..if their willing to do that to us who wont they scam

I was told I would have a quote within a few days, I followed up with them several times and they never responded. At that time I had several projects going on and with that project now delayed gave up on them and found someone else for the job. Recently I began working on a new much larger project with the PA and found them online, it had been a while and I wasn't sure if they were the same company That ghosted me before. I contacted them and asked if they would be interested in the work. They seemed to be and came out within a day or so to walk the site. At that time I recognized the guy who came out but I still wasn't 100% if they were the same guys and focusing on the task at hand didn't say anything. I showed them what I was wanting to do and they agreed they would be interested in doing the job and promised a quote within a few days. A few unanswered emails and several weeks later here we are. I confirmed in my archived emails that was the same company who has twice ghosted me now. I deal with many contractors, hence my trouble remembering them, and I find that very unprofessional and a total waste of my time. If you are no longer interested in doing the job at least have the courtesy to email me and let me know so I can move on to someone else instead of pointlessly waiting for someone to contact me back. I definitely won't contact them ever again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Their monthly price is lower than the cable company since I don't need fast internet for just myself I thought I would give it a try. I am getting rid of all there services except internet only because I don't think I can get anything else where I live. But we all don't live in a perfect world and sometimes you just need a little flexibility. They customer no service really are sad. Had to wait for 11 min to speak to a supervisor.
