I am getting rid of all there services except internet only because I don't think I can get anything else where I live. But we all don't live in a perfect world and sometimes you just need a little flexibility. They customer no service really are sad. Had to wait for 11 min to speak to a supervisor. This left one gentleman out here helping a customer he's been helping for the last 10 minutes while some of us stand and continue to wait and others decide to leave frustrated.
