There is often only one person working with about 4 customers waiting. She will breathe out a quick "I'll be right with you," as you walk in the door, hardly containing her enthusiasm. You will wait about 45 minutes to be "helped," but will end up accomplishing nothing because she is not "authorized" or because she has no idea what she is doing. You will call and no one will answer because they are too busy. Then you will talk to the manager and he will accuse you of lying and charge you a fee. This place sucks through and through.
