Fortunately, they had the necessary parts in stock and "the guys" descended on my trailer like a pit crew, getting me out of there just minutes after closing. I've called the local FedEX distribution center and they cannot offer a reason why it hasn't been delivered because FedEx is using a third party for their deliveries. FedEx doesn't mind collecting the fees for 2nd day service but they do not provide 2nd day delivery. THAT IS FRUAD....plain and simple. Time to contact the FTC who takes care of FRAUDSTERS! My theory is that these third party delivery people hold packages till they have a full truck and then deliver in a given area thus saving themselves on gas costs.
