They came here with masks on their faces and smiles in their eyes. From the Owner to the Apprentice they were so personable! They made every task seem simple and important. We had a very clogged drainage system pretty much everything was clogged up and slow moving. They installed a new water heater in a new location. Installed a new toilet that has the multi flushing depending on what your flushing. Installed a new faucet and changed the piping to be easier to drain. They cared about the new equipment they were installing to the point that John was going to go back to the office to get a different faucet, because the piping came out of the box a little kinked. I asked him if it would have any affect on the usage. He said no that it just wouldn't look as nice. I had to convince him that it was going to be under the sink so I was okay with it being a little kinked. This poor old house just found plumbers that are going to help us update it's plumbing and earned lifetime customers! Thank you so much for all of your hard work!

Very poor quality materials. Security gates have been nothing but trouble. Had to call for repairs…read moreseveral times. They did NOT use any lock washers on Any of the rollers of gates. Nuts keep falling off and gates fall off. Marcus came out to rebels the gates that fell apart. But refused to put lock washers on and now REFUSES to answer calls to them. Wasted $5000.00. I counted the next day and notifed them as i picked them up close to closing time and bring rushed out so the salesman could get to the bank. Fast forward a month later the salesman i discussed with was out for 2 weeks... prior to his leaving he said he would take care of this. Now the owner says i signed for 34 and i cant get my money back even though i notified them the next day there was no record of that call to the salesman, even though the salesman backs this up... Im out $266. This is the Hermiston branch

He gave us several different roof options to chose from. We decided to have them install a Ownes Corning Wood Crest 50 year, 130 MPH rated roof, and three new skylights. The work the crew did was top notch. I could tell that the crew was well trained and experienced. The only problem we had was a skylight that wasn't sealed properly, but Ceasar made sure the problem was quickly fixed. I would defiantly recommend there services.
