Note: they had not installed this particular unit, but were willing to do the repair. They also were able to send a Tech over the same afternoon all the way to the Heppner area (Reynaldo R--a senior maintenance technician). After performing a leak check he identified the problem in the outside unit--was a leaking refrigerant from a copper tube connection inside the main housing. Reynaldo was extremely professional in his repair and also had provided me a verbal estimate of potential costs. It was not cheap as it took him nearly 4 hours to complete the difficult task of trying to weld the small leak on a copper tube line--problem solved in 1 day. In the end, I have been and will continue to be a very satisfied customer with this Company. Thanks Bruce for the very quick response and professional service--Reynaldo is an outstanding employee!

We had existing duct work, but no central AC -- so it's been on the project list for a few years, but as many people are I'm working from home right now and faced with a warm summer, installing AC moved up the list quickly. We called and spoke with Ashton, and were promptly scheduled for an in-person estimate -- which we found to be thorough and fairly-priced with no crazy upsells. As a bonus, Ben is just a heck of a nice guy and great to chat with, and we felt very comfortable entrusting him with the work. He's knowledgeable and spent time to explain everything so that we felt well-armed to make our decision. Ben and Kelsey came back out and in one (long, full, really hot) day had our AC totally installed and blowing cold. They arranged to have the electricians out at the same time (who also did a great job) and it was clear that they've worked together for a while -- for us, it was totally seamless while they coordinated the work together and got it all done. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. They approached the project with integrity and took care of every detail, then walked us through all of the work when they were done. They stand behind their work with warranties and courtesy rechecks too. They will absolutely be our first call when it's time to replace our furnace, and I'd recommend them to anyone needing heating or AC. For now, I'm just grateful we have sweet, sweet air conditioning this summer.

Bait and switch!…read more Hottest week of summer and AC goes out. It was pushing out some cool air, but not keeping up. A service tech showed up promptly the next morning and confirmed we need a total system replacement. Yikes! Salesman shows up later in the day and presents pamphlets on Lennox and Daikin equipment, even showed prices, between $14,000-$16,000. Later he emailed the actual estimate, same prices, but now the equipment is Goodman, much lower quality of equipment. I got a much better deal from another local company $9,000. Be careful when dealing with salespeople in a moment of need. The worst part was, the salesman pulled the breaker from the outside unit so no cool air was being pushed out. After he left I put it back in for at least a little relief on these hot days!
