Highly recommend! We were headed back to New York , and our trailer leaf springs needed replacing. They took us in as quickly as possible, and we were able to get back on the road later the same day. Fair pricing. read more

I couldn't recommend Drake's more highly! On my way from CA to WA for a dog trial, the Leaf Spring on my Wolf Pup broke just outside of Pendelton. I was feeling pretty good because the tow truck driver told me this was the best place he knew...but grew concerned when I was reminded it was a Friday and only 45 minutes till closing when we arrived. Fortunately, they had the necessary parts in stock and "the guys" descended on my trailer like a pit crew, getting me out of there just minutes after closing. They were reasonably priced, extremely nice, did quality work and got me and the dogs back on the road. BEST PLACE EVER! read more

We were traveling through Pendleton and had some electrical issues. They were very busy, but fit us in. They fixed the issue and we were on our way within an hour. read more

These guys are amazing! We were driving through Pendleton and had a water leak in the van. We pulled in and within an hour they had us all fixed up! Plus they repaired it in such a way that it shouldn't break again. We really appreciate them and their attention to detail!! read more

Sustained damage to the side of my 34' bumper-tow trailer last winter. Required replacement of the "T-Bar" moulding on the leading edge of the main slide as well as new sheet metal along the bottom of about half of the trailer (trailer has fiberglass walls but bottom 2' is sheet metal). Also required painting of the sheet metal, new sani-flush connection and new light above the dump valves. The guys did a fantastic job with this repair! Everybody was great to work with and I'm very happy with the result. I can highly recommend Drake's RV for RV repair! read more

We went to Drake's because of a recurring issue with the slider on our recently purchased motorhome. The first issue occurred in the kitchen unit and was fixed under warranty by the dealer (8 months in their shop). But then came the same issue with the bedroom unit, now just past warranty, and you'd think the very large Tri-Cities, Washington dealer had never heard of us. They totally blew us off despite purchasing an over $8K extended warranty from them. But the saving grace is the care and service from Drake's. A local mobile repair business referred us to Drake's and said they were the best; and they were right. From the time we took our unit to the shop it was back to us in a bit more than 3 weeks. Fixed better than new! Can't say enough good about Roger and his crew. Great people, great service ..... read more

We were surprised to find the bottom of our trailer was loose and dragging. These folks helped us immediately to get us back on the road. In 109 degree weather, the manager (possibly owner) got underneath our vehicle to inspect and remove the dragging portion. He secured the undercarriage wiring and sold us some materials and explained the process so we could finish repairs at home. We are super grateful for the timely help! Fun place. read more

While traveling through Pendleton Oregon. My trailer had a major blow out ...that destroyed the right side of my trailer, both outside and inside. I took my trailer to Drakes on a referral from the amazing staff at the Shell gas station on Indian Hill. I showed up at Drakes RV Service and asked a gentleman if he could give me an estimate on damages. He did a quick but professional walk through of damages on my trailer and it would take 2-3 weeks to make repairs, I didn't have that much time to wait it out. He informed me that my brake wiring had been severed! I'll send a Tech out to fix your brakes so you'll have brakes to safely get back home. A tech came out with a blow torch and tools...Got under my trailer and starting working away. Keep in mind its February ...freezing 24*. He made the repairs....No charge. I couldn't believe it. I'm not sure who the gentleman was who sent the tech out, I suspect the Owner or Manager. I am extremely thankful and by the way I made it back home to the bay area. I definitely recommend Drakes RV and Service. Thank you for being great Americans. read more

Bought a Northwood Arctic Fox and while traveling found some issues that need to be fixed. We were traveling and the factory couldn't get us in for the repair so they referred us to Drake's. Very friendly employees and techs all seemed to like their job Our repairs went smoothly and they took care of us. They got us back on the road quickly. The place is not much to look at but have learned to not judge a book by Irs cover. Thanks Joe! read more

We followed recommendations to have a MORryde 3000 suspension put on our 2017 ORV and drove out Pendleton, OR to DRAKE's RV Service to have the work done. Although a long drive it was well worth the trip. We made a weekend of it (mid week cause of the COVID) and they promised to have us out in just a few hours if we arrived first thing in the A.M. Drakes did not disappoint. The work was professionally done, the service was friendly and affable. It reminded me of the local service/garage station that my Grandparents went to to get gas and maintenance done that didn't break the bank. They were able to source parts that we needed while other places needed more time. Be forewarned to book early in the year because of this and other great reviews they are booked up solid well in advance of the year. Call in Jan or Feb for appointments in May or July depending on customers. While the shop is low frills and not designed for appearance sake it belies the quality work being done. Like your favorite diner that doesn't spend money on fancy linens and ambience but puts their money in what matters, the work and making customers satisfied. Thanks again Drakes! Don't let the old airplane hanger fool you, this shop is loaded with talented technicians! Damage to our toy hauler and manufacturer pointed us to Drake's RV repair. It's a 2 hour drive but we could not be happier with the repair work and customer service this business provided. Joe and Roger helped us with the insurance and repair suggestion end of things and the guys in the shop did a superb job on our repairs. I would highly recommend this shop for any RV repair or maintenance work. read more
