Deante is the bomb. I am visiting from California and my touch screen stopped working I was in an unfamiliar area and had limited access to my phone so I was freaking out. I found a T-Mobile nearby using Siri voice command and as soon as I walked in he was cheerful and confident that he understood my issue and could resolve it. His chill vibe calmed me and his assuredness and understanding as well. Within a minute he had taught me how to restart my phone without touch screen and I was back in operation. My husband and I are moving overseas and we heard T-mobile have great international service. So when going to this store in Peach tree city we was help by the store manager name Ryan he start telling us false information about our plan which one of the false information he stated that we have fast service and great service which is wrong the service is horrible every time I'm on the phone with anybody in any area if I'm home at work anywhere my call drops off, we called the store they told us to come up to the store. Also i don't live in the city so every time i come to the store its a 30 min drive there and back. So we me and my husband went to the store for the second time we was in the store for 3 hours to be told that they cant help us and they have to call their customer support. Which is very frustrating because we are leaving for overseas in less than a week. So eventually the short codes start working but the service is still horrible, but my husband stated that his service overseas is a-lot better. So now we are trying to turn in the phone i went up there and i had a assistant manager ( when asking for his name Darius the other manager refused to give it to me) but when explain to the ASM that i was trying to turn in the phone but i couldn't fix them so i ask him what should i do, turn it in with y'all or take my phone to at&t the ASM stated that i should turn in one of the phones with him and then turn in the other with at&t. After he talk to Ryan on the phone for 45 min. So i did so now i go to back to turn in the other phone because at&t stated I could give it to them. When turning the phone in Ryan said that I should not turn no phone in and i need to go back to at&t i stated to Ryan his ASM told me to turn in the one phone and Ryan Literally told me im lying and that he did say that. When i questioned Ryan were he there he stated "he called me" ok but u wasn't at the store and heard our conversation so how can u tell him what he said and didn't Ryan continue to say out his mouth that I'm lying and that his ASM told me something.. so i ask Ryan for my phone back Ryan stated that he cant do that he ship it out to the warehouse, when I talk to Corporate, they stated that Ryan did not know out my phone and my phone is still in the store. If I gave them my phone. So now Ryan the store Manger Stolen My phone and will not give it back. Also when going to another location they stated that is true they put in Mali to a warehouse because it's been tracking number or ordered. So now i have gotten a phone stolen from me. I just had the best experience here with Clay. My new iPhone 11pro max came with the wrong SIM card, so I could not activate it. Clay spent 20 minutes on the computer and then called to set my phone up. He was professional and knowledgeable and did not give up until it was fixed. read more
