I was overcharged by this store. I agreed to purchase an iPad Generation 9 for $99.00. This was the sale price online. I contacted the store, spoke to Brian, and he said come into the store rather than purchasing online. I did that. I verified once I as at the store that I would be charged $99.00 plus tax. Instead, I was charged full price ($459.99) for the iPad. I discovered this after reviewing the emails with the PDF's of the contract and EIP agreement. The store, manager, along with Brian are dishonest. They try to cheat unsuspecting customers. As a 10 plus year customer of this horrible company, I am really shocked at the dishonesty. Several days ago my phone was suddenly looking like it was in a deep fog. I would turn it on and the first screen picture I have had lost it's brilliant color. The photos in my albums also were not very bright. I tried fixing it myself but just could not get that brilliant, saturated color I had before. I took my Samsung Ultra 2024 to this store and Jenny assisted me. She took a look and made a few corrections on my phone. Five minutes later, thanks to Jenny, I had a phone that looked brand new. The colors were suddenly brilliant with great depth of colors. The pics in my albums really popped now with brightness. It was as if Jenny had waved her magic wand over my Samsung Ultra, and thanks to Jenny I can enjoy my phone once again. Thank you Jenny!!! read more

I went into get some help with my phone. There were only two employees. One employee was helping someone. The other one was having a personal conversation with the other person in the store. No one greeted me. No one asked if I needed any help. I walked around the store, looked at chargers, looked at cases. But no one even blinked an eye to even say hi. I left for about 5 minutes came back The woman working was helping a new client but the guy that was having his personal conversation was still having a personal conversation. Once again no one said hi. No one asked if I needed any help. So I left frustrated I will never go back to this T-Mobile store again. I would give it a zero stars if I could. read more

Basilio Felipe is an amazing employee who took the time to help both myself & my brother in law, Randy. Randy was getting nearly 60 spam calls per day & Basilio installed a. Complementary spam blocker that virtually shut down all incoming spam calls to Randy's phone. And Basilio helped me with a screensaver, installing it & doing a beautiful job. Staff are very friendly and helpful, however my issues without "unlimited data" while traveling abroad and is included in my plan was blocked without my knowledge and I was told by IT it cannot be unblocked because I used too much data last year. Netflix isn't FREE, only if you buy two lines with them. The sales person Vincent Buelna lied to me to make the sale!! I went in two weeks ago for the first time to ask how much it would be to transfer over my services from Verizon to TMobile and Vincent approaches me. He said it would be $70 total with auto pay & with FREE Netflix included. I immediately accepted because of the lower monthly price compared to Verizon and Netflix was included. After he completed the sale, I asked WHY Netflix wasn't an option on my mobile app to set up the FREE option? Vincent said to give it 24 hours. I called back the next day and he then tells me Netflix is only FREE with TWO lines. He lied to me to make the sale. DON'T ever buy from Vincent there, he is not honest at all. He didn't even apologize or seem to care I was unhappy. I then called Customer Care so they can help me resolve my issue since Vincent made no effort to fix this. Tmobile store inside the palmdesert mall is the worst store to buy your phone.. purchase my phone yesterday night. Came back the next day because the t mobile technician told me to go back to the store where I got it because it could be the equipment problem..the store manager told one of the associates that they cannot do anything, they cannot help me. So i said give me back my old phone , they said my phone is gone and the sales tax that i paid yesterday. Crazy..As they are going through my account. I found out that Tmobil has been charging me $20, for the last 4 months for a watch phone that i don't know anything about.. never had one.. 14 years with sprint..no problem..Tmobil first month..problem already. Few reasons to NOT switch to T mobile 1. Cell service is HORRIBLE. If you live/work in the Rancho Mirage / some of PD area(cook street) , DO NOT SWITCH. Service in this area is literally nonexistent. Had deliveries to run in rancho mirage a few times and I literally couldn't even call or text to contact my customers to let them know I'm close. 2. The Netflix isn't free that they claim is apart of the "bundle".. false advertising. 3. Agents will only give you their full attention and effort when you're a new customer and once you want to leave or switch, they could care less how you switch or what happens. Excellent customer service! I had an issue today with my iPhone 11 wallet and credit card charges and the associate was able to immediately diagnose my issue, ie, I needed to force an update from IOS 15.7 to 16 to resolve a known bug with credit card charges in the Apple Wallet. I did go to the Apple store first and they referred me to call Apple Care or wait 2 hours for an appointment, while they had 6 associates walking around the store with iPads doing nothing!!!! read more

BEWARE -- dishonest trade practices by T-Mobile and Samsung!!! I transferred my wife's and my mobile service from Sprint to T-Mobile in April 2017. T-Mobile reprogrammed my iPhone-6 to work on their network. I purchased a new Samsung S8+ for my wife that was accompanied by a pre-order promotion for a Samsung Gear VR/Immersion Box. Our T-Mobile Store Representative was extremely helpful in taking care of our needs, including entering the details required to claim the Gear VR. We were told we would be receiving the Gear VR within 6-8 weeks. In early August, I contacted our T-Mobile Store Representative asking about the status of our promotion item. He contacted Samsung and reported back to me that Samsung had depleted its Gear VR promotion inventory. I received an email from Samsung on August 21, 2017 stating that our substitute promotion was approved and that we would be receiving a coupon within 24 hours by email. We have yet to receive that follow-up email with the promotion code. After the T-Mobile Store Representative told me he had done everything he could do, I called Samsung inquiring about the promotion code. I made several calls during the month of September following up on prior calls. On one of the calls, Samsung gave me a Coupon Code over the phone. I was told the value of this Coupon Code was $130. When I tried to apply this coupon code on http://samsung.com, an error was returned stating the coupon was redeemed or invalid. I called Samsung at least two more times. Both times, the Samsung representative assured me the issue had been escalated. Today, I gave up calling Samsung Customer Service since they failed to follow through on every commitment they've made. I've invested far too much time on hold and talking to people who do not do what they say they will do. Instead, I called T-Mobile Customer Service, which proved to be just as hopeless as Samsung Customer Service. The T-Mobile Customer Service Representative (including a Supervisor) told me that T-Mobile doesn't offer the promotion; that the promotion was entirely sponsored by Samsung. I asked T-Mobile how they can separate themselves from the Samsung S8+ pre-order promotion when they advertise the promotion to incentivise customers to purchase the phone, and when their Store Representative entered all the promotion information during the purchase process. They continue to unashamedly insist they are not involved, and it's not their problem. This is the cost of doing business with large companies. They can make commitments and then fail to honor those commitments without fear of any kind of retribution. They know most of us consumers will simply give up fighting their bureaucracy. It's not the $130 value that upsets me the most. It's the blatant dishonesty I discovered in dealing with these two companies. Can any of you imagine what would happen if we owed either of these companies $10, let alone $130. They would destroy our credit! My next step is to file a complaint against both Samsung and T-Mobile with the Attorney General's office with the State of California Department of Justice. I'm no attorney, but I cannot imagine how T-Mobile and Samsung are not in breach of the contract we entered for the S8+ since they failed to perform as it relates to the promotion item that provided incentive for purchasing this particular phone. While I'm not sure if anything positive will come from my submitting a complaint to the CA Attorney General, I am at least comforted by conveying a caveat emptor to others. read more

Worst T-Mobile ever, was at a different store that was great but they didn't have the phone I wanted, they called this store to confirm it was in stock. So we went to pick it up here, walked in the door confirmed I was here for the phone I wanted and told me he needed to take my name and wait to finish with the other customers. I have had every single cell service provider known to most. Verizon,at&t,sprint, so on and so forth and this was the first time I have ever had the best service from a provider. Rodolfo S. And his co workers were all incredibly kind,patient and not pushy what so ever and eager to help us get the best deal possible. They were all very knowledgable about their products and plans making the switch a no brainier. I walked in to look around and couldn't leave without making them my carried due to their outstanding assurance and friendliness which is more then I could say for at&t and especially Verizon... I had many problems with my AZ Tmobile account and I walk into this location in Palm Springs and the manager of the store solves all the problems that my home location could not do in 3 weeks. Again the phone didn't work, I went back on my 15th day and the rude and and ignorant store manager refused to help me out. I have great service at other T Mobile locations, but this one sucked, Royally. Thanks to the store manger and the even worse district manger jordana. We bought the insurance on the phone, where we and five other family members who bought the insurance at different times were told if anything goes wrong or breaks there is absolutely NO out of pocket cost to the customer...WRONG! Even going as far as saying and I quote " you can drop it in water and its covered" . So my wife's phone doesn't receive calls the store manger Said it must have been something she did to it ???? Wow fyi managment 101 you never blame or even insinuate it is the customers fault, and this genuinely was not her fault. Secondly the screen gets cracked , we bring it in , they want 150.00 . No out of pocket expense huh??? The same store manager tells us that we heard wrong and they never said it was no out of pocket expense yet five other family members who all came in at separate times all bought the insurance heard wrong??? Or are we lying??? Unbelievable!!! So we ask for contact information for the district manager, they refused to give it!! We had to call corporate and explained what happened , they assured us she ( Jordana Stuart) would call back within 72 hrs after FIVE DAYS nothing, we called Corp again they again assured us she would call nothing!!! Well that explains where the crappy management comes from, they lost six people in a week, and mind you I was a loyal customer for 12 years and got my wife , mom aunts and uncles to sign up . Have been to this store a few times and every time i go it is a disappointment. A few days a go i went to them about an issue i was having they did nothing to help so i had to resort to calling T-Mobile directly. Later that day i called the store, being that its close to my work and asked if they were going to have the new LG phone in stock. I was told they have them in stock but could not sell it to me until the release date. Today is the release date and i have been so excited so i took the time off of work to drive down to the store to find that they do not have them in stock. The Female worker basically told me i am lying and that they would never tell a customer something like that, and that they have excellent reviews with a very cocky attitude. I walked back in the store after cooling down to look at other options for the time being and didn't get helped i was pointed to the phones i was interested in but no associate came to assist and give more information about the phones.
