I asked questions and he answered with a minimum amount of words, not looking up from his screen much, and not offering alternatives or even suggesting any viable purchases. I left feeling like I had wasted my time stopping to enquire and possibly purchasing an iPhone. I made a mental note to not go back there again. Then COVID closed the Verizon store at The River and at my wife's suggestion, we returned to this retailer. Fortunately for me, Cruz Lefebre was the young man who assisted us in the process of upgrading to a new iPhone 11 Pro Max, switching my wife's SIM card and data to my previous iPhone 7 and clearing her old phone for gifting to our grandson. A lot to be done, to say the least, especially when I have over 2500 contacts--I have a deep, wide network!--and 36 gigs of pics & vids on my old phone! But through it all, Cruz was professional, courteous, knowledgable, patient and personable, all at the same time. A couple of challenges presented themselves in the lengthy process of getting this all done, but Cruz was unflappable... cool, calm and collected every step of the way. My confidence was high in regards to his ability to get it all done in the most efficient way possible. And I wasn't wrong! In our conversations I discovered that he was of an entrepreneurial nature, so I invited him to attend my global network meeting and looked forward to introducing this young man of unique character to my trusted inner sphere of business owners in this community. He attended the meeting and is returning next week, considering membership. He will be a definite asset to the organization if he sees it as a viable opportunity for himself. It's very refreshing to see this level of professionalism in someone of his age--early twenties--and I know this will serve him well in all of his endeavors. Thank you, Cruz, for redeeming the reputation of this Verizon Dealer and for the exemplary customer service.

I contacted Empire Satellites to get Starlink installed. I live in Riverside, CA and they were able…read moreto service my request. Chris did an amazing job. He was friendly, fast and very professional. I live in a two-story home and Chris was up on the roof no problem and had my Starlink installed super fast. He also helped me with the setup process so I could connect my devices. I highly recommend Empire Satellites. Chris was great and the price is a great value for the service Empire Satellites provide.

Practically everything in the follow up response by the owner is a blatant lie, further proving my…read morepoint that the guy has no integrity. 1. Original quote given did not specify a "covered cable" install. I would have declined right then and there. My router is located inside a room with no exterior walls. 2. I never "insisted" on using the mount that I bought. If it was indeed not suitable (which of course was not the case), it should have been explained exactly why. All this particular mount needed was a small block of 2x4 behind it, to clear the edge of tile roof. But Chris was too lazy and rushed to think it through. Instead, he claimed that it needed "an extension" (nope, it didn't), and proceeded to butcher my brand new fascia by driving six (!) lag bolts through the mount at haphazard angles. When I re-mounted the dish properly myself a few days later, I was appalled at the damage that was inflicted. 3. He is obviously not used to his customers checking the quality of his installs. He came up with "oh, it's not finished yet" line only after I showed him the photo of the shoddy work he has done, got up the ladder myself, and demonstrated how wobbly the mount still was. Before then, he kept insisting that the mount was installed perfectly. 4. Before he left, he did offer to install his "professional" mount for $100. It was NOT free of charge, as he claims. This sleazy used car salesman's last ditch upsell was the final straw for me. That's when I knew I had to post my review. I have nothing more to say - it is up to the reader to decide who is telling the truth. If you still decide to hire Empire Satellites to work on your home, be prepared to live with the consequences.

Let me start by saying I've been a customer with Mint Mobile for over 5 years and hadn't had any…read moreissues until now. I have two lines with them on two separate accounts in their system Absolute nightmare Philippine based customer support team. The software they use must be out of date because out of the 7+ times i had to call and speak to different customer support members they each gave me random information which quickly made me feel like they would say anything to get me off the phone. On my 4th call? one of them mentioned an amount was "cancelled" and got angry with me because i was sitting there looking at the bill on my credit card statement that shows no refund of this "cancelled" amount. Come to find out they meant to say declined which is completely different when it come to the subject at hand but it didn't matter anyway because the amount wasn't actually declined it did in fact go through. So which customer support member made up a fake cancelled transaction in their system? On my 5th call? i waited 27 minutes for a supervisor and as soon as she picked up the phone she said hello, before i even said hello back, she put me through to their survey line (hung up on me). On my 3rd call? They actually seemed helpful and offered to do a three way call with my bank but instead just called my bank, put them on the line with me, and hung up. 2nd time i called them to find out why there was a random charge 4 days after (re)signing up for service they told me it was an activation charge. Why didn't the salesperson mention there would be an activation charge and why do it 4 days later? Why do it at all when I've been a customer 5+ years? Why charge an activation fee on one of my accounts and not on the other account? Why add another $200 charge that puts me back at a higher price point which defeats the purpose of why i called in to cancel my service in the first place. Which leads to the very first time i called them. I called in to Cancel a purchase i made the day before because i found a better priced mobile service. Had no issues getting that amount refunded. After he refunded me he asked if i wanted to speak with their sales team to see if they could get me a BETTER DEAL. I said ok and ended up with a great deal. Was great until a random charge showed up on my credit card statement 4 days later...
