AT&T spent the last month not doing their job while T-Mobile kept preventing the phone lines from "porting" and gave us a hard time every single phone call we made. THANKFULLY we stopped into this VERIZON STORE where DEVIN and his manager HEATHER not only spent the time to get us fully switched but found us every possible discount and made switching so easy. I WILL NEVER LEAVE VERIZON! I would rather have a ROOT CANAL unmedicated than go through the trouble of trying to switch wireless carriers again. The VERIZON representative explained everything, were consummate professionals and made a very difficult switch EASY! We know some people at your locations in Palm Bay so they brought the devices to us in Flagler Beach and set up the account from my home on a company laptop. Since then we have had nothing but problems. We got 3 devices and they were assigned temporary numbers until they switched to our phone numbers later that day. We then paid for 6 lines for months. We traded 3 devices, 2 of which were less than 1 year old, and were told for 3 Verizon devices 2 would be free and the would be 10 or 15 a month. We now have a device payment of over $1000. We were told because we switched we would be credited for almost 3 months of services due to current promotional offers. We have gotten shut-off notices every single month. We have called your main customer service several times and were told the issues were rectified and credits were issued. They were not. We called the locations, but the employee would not answer or return our calls. We went to our local location only to be told the only people who could help us were the ones who set it up. This is absolute insanity. I want to end service immediately, credit for all your mistakes, and given 3 devices at least equal to what we gave you. We got another notice today despite multiple texts to your employee's personal phone. Please rectify our situation immediately. Thank you

How does this place have good ratings? Good service???…read more Aight... I came here at 1pm today... The girl told me it will be ready in 1 - 1.5 hours. I come back two hours later at 3 pm. I asked her what the status of my iPad is... she said they opened it but it wil be another 45 mins. I asked her why? I guess she didn't like my tone. She got really defensive and said she has other materials she is working on and that it will be another 45 minutes. She proceeded to say that other places wil make you wait longer. Heifer Idgaf about other places and no they don't make you wait this longer... this is literally the longest I've waited. No apologies, no accountability, give me the parts from China and I'll do it myself at a fraction of the price. I came in here out of convenience which turned out to be a total waste of time. Brief update: the owner or the manager saw my review and said that my business is no longer welcome. For future reviewers... leave a review after they complete the service.

Experience: Dropped my phone in the pool and needed to get a new one…read more Facility: This is a store inside a little strip mall in front of Walmart. The place is very clean and had seating of benches along the wall. Service: Brittany was my agent and she was great!!! We talked and laughed the whole time. She was so helpful and set me up perfectly. I got a new phone, case and screen protector. I also paid for the screen protector on the old phone too and she put them both on for me. She went above and beyond and any time I come, I would ask her to help me. Overall: Brittany made the task painless and as quick as she could. Thanks TMobile and Brittany!! Give her a bonus!
