Yuk! Phone plans, cranky customers and some agitated sales person is not what I want to deal with. I've dealt with that kind of nonsense before down the street, across the street and for the love of Pete lay me in the middle of the street and let a semi run over me. I hate phone plan upgrades and switches. Soooooooo, instead, I came here and had the opportunity to work with cool, calm and collected Lissette. She helped me set up my business plan a while back and was still there, another quality, when I came back. She helped me get the best plan. She answered all my ANNOYING questions. She even helped another customer while she was on hold with T-Mobile while helping me. She is an asset to the company. Give that girl a raise! Oh..... and we are all happy with our iPhone14s. This store is consistently inattentive, and after that, rude and condescending. Today another customer and myself, waited over a half hour, to be completely ignored, and skipped over for walk-ins that were obviously friends of the clerk. I was person number 5 to give up and walk out. read more

To bad you can't leave a negative 5. Let me first say that I should've walked out of the store when the girl told us that the plan I was interested in does not exist. Well my family and I stayed so she can show us all the "terrific" plans. (lie) Then she showed us we had good service in Keystone (lie). When we left the store we never had service again; however, my son who lived in Gainesville close to UF did have 2 - 3 bars but it was not always clear he said. So after 36 hours we cancelled the service BUT to our VERY disappointed revelation we did not get our initial $225.52 back. (They kept our 2 trade in phones as well.) So, in total we lost $325.52. Well we had to spend more money on another cell phone provider because the manager and T Mobile are crooks!!! (Then T Mobile wanted to charge us another $519 for cell service BUT we were able to get that taken off.) HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE!!! STAY AWAY!!! read more
