Keith at Lazenby's is super professional, knowledge about the product and helpful. He made sure to go through all of the features and maintenance schedule before we left and made sure we had any questions answered. The office staff at checkout was personable, quick and efficient. We recommend them 100% if you're in the market for a mower in North Florida. It's worth the drive.

Piss poor customer service, I called and asked lead time for repairs on a mower they promised me 1…read moreweek. I called the beginning of the next week when I had not heard from them and they said they would look at it Today which was Monday and have repaired by Thursday at the latest; it s now Friday and they are telling me they hope to look at by Monday which will be the start of Week 3. I previously Bought 2 mowers and a Tractor from the previous company at this location which was Laxenby they didnt keep any of the records. I will NOT be using this Company for anything in the Future. As mentioned in other reviews they promise to call and keep you updated and they fail to do so. Communication is key to good customer service just feeding someone a line to tell them what they want to hear and NOT having any intention of delivering on it is not a place I want to deal with. Buyer Beware. They charge a DIAGNOSTIC charge which is just a money grab if you already know what you want done. Wanted my Mower Drive adjusted period - Then they do the usual padding of the bill for all the other stuff you didnt ask for.

I cannot say better things about Brennan and his design team. If you are new to the area ask around…read moreand you will instantly notice a trend. What I mean is everyone I interacted with and asked about my website being built instantly said Ward Design, Ward Design, you want Ward Design Group that's the automatic response from about 15 people I asked. So I called and of all things I got to speak with the owner. Within 5 minutes I knew he was IT. I want anyone reading this to know that this man and his team has helped my business so much. I paid and still feel like I owe him. So much in fact I even made sure my kids knew how much they helped our family. Brennan is so integrated with St Augustine Businesses and when I spoke he listened to every detail. He brought up subjects that I forgot we even talked about and it's my business. And did things for me that I didn't think of for my business. So, Brennan I hope you read this one day. You deserve it. Sincerely Oakmont Fence.

Awful - Zero Brand Confidence and Zero Accountability…read more Do not buy from People's. When I buy a warranty on something it's because I either know it's prone to breaking due to usage (I've been made aware) or because I know I am prone to accidents. Neither of which was the case with a chain I bought at the suggestion of a People's employee based on my description of what I needed/was looking for. No where in my brain did I think, oh this thing is going to randomly break just outside the return window (60 days) in less than 3 months and will stop working as advertised so I should buy a warranty for half the price of the item on top of my purchase price in case it's a bad product.... It is extremely disappointing and disheartening to have brand trust in a company and a person who sells you something, just be completely wiped away when the product was clearly designed to break outside the return window and they turn to you with generic corporate jargon when you bring it into the store, in other words the company basically says "sucks to be you" should have paid more for a bad item at the start because we don't have the confidence in our own products to include any product lemon understanding without you having bought a warranty with your bad product purchase. The logic of having to ALWAYS pay extra at the start because their products are THAT bad - it astonishing to me. But that's what People's stands by when you ask them for any understanding - it's complete corporate coldness. Full Story: When I bought my chain I explained to the store clerk that I'm buying this chain for a pendant and plan to wear it every day, in the shower as well, I explained all this and she sold me a study box chain design with adjustable size and a little heart pendant on the end. Within 2 months, the adjustable part got loose - which I was never warned could happen. But I was away working on a cruise ship and could not return it at the time. And the little heart on the end just broke off one day before I'd had it for even 3 months when going to use it normally. When I arrived in store to see what they could do, I was met with generic corporate rehearsed answers. The chain cost more to repair than buying a new one, and even if I bought a new one, I'd still have to pay more for the protection plan on the new one - they still wouldn't include the protection plan. Absolutely the most disheartening and dishonest jewelry sale I have ever experienced. Do NOT buy from People's.
