Tracy was incredible. I have not been to a laundromat for several years and I looked lost when I walked in. She greeted me with a smile, helped me find the right washers, and even gave me laundry soap. I will definitely be telling my friends in Florida about this place thanks to Tracy. At 6:30am I was going to give this place 0 stars. It was my first time here, it was filthy, and there was no coin machine, and the credit card exchange machine was confusing and I could not figure it out. By 730 I was so aggravated and angry. Then an employee came in named Tracy and she was an absolute doll. She is so calm and sweet. She showed me how to work the machines and totally changed around my impression of this place. When I first spoke with her, I told her I'd never come back again and by time she helped me and within a half hour she had that place straightened up. Because of her I absolutely will come back. I have been a business owner for 30 years and would do anything to have a few employees like her. She is a top-notch employee amd definitely a keeper! This was the first time of me utilizing this location. I was more than impressed. I called ahead to confirm they would be able to assist me. The attendant Cerra answered the phone and was so knowledgeable and courteous. She informed me of the services I could have done and the approximate pricing. I knew exactly what to expect and they did not disappoint. I went in and dropped off my articles that I desperately needed pressed and starched for a wedding I had the next day as well as a comforter that needed to be done quickly for my mother. They were able to get both done in an hour and both items turned out flawlessly. The manager, Amanda, was also extremely friendly and helpful and had recommendations of how I could look my best for the wedding. They also went out of their way to ensure that I got a red service bag and wished me the best time at the wedding multiple times. Could not have been more satisfied with the service, price, speed, and customer service of the two employees working. Highly recommend service with this location when these two are present! read more
