I used the Yelp project feature for the first time to find a company to exterminate black widows in…read moremy crawlspace, and several businesses responded quickly - but I chose Safe ChemPest because they had professional and clear responses, and exhibited they actually read my project details (a different pest company called me 3x in 15 minutes, plus texts! Another company clearly didn't read my info). They stated the price for one-time service up front and were easy to schedule, all through text which is appreciated. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time, explained what he was going to do, listened as I pointed out a pet area to avoid, finished quickly, and didn't try to sell anything extra - I paid exactly what they quoted. So far the treatment seems to be effective. Would use again!
