I don't think I ever waited more than 5 minutes to see the tech at my appointed time. I also never felt rushed and believe they all actively listened to my concerns / points of view. They modified the brace I use and have significantly reduced my pain due to their modifications. They have been upfront about cost/insurance and possible scenarios with the product (modified Arizona Brace) as well as insurance possibility(s). I've had the pleasure of working with each individually as well the Team as a whole, and have to give kudos to them personally AND professionally. Thank you for your service.

I haven't been to the dentist in 15 years. I was really impressed with the quality of service and…read moreroom cleanliness of the office. The team was very personal able and answered all of my questions. I got my teeth cleaned and they took the time to highlight all the positive things and explain why they did what they did. I want to say it was Camille and Dr Jared. I was grateful that my self maintenance did a great job and have healthy teeth and they proudly honored that instead of trying to scare me into coming more regular. When it came time to leave , the checkout lady, Jodi , made sure I understood how insurance was covering what and what my obligation was and why. I asked the same question a few times because it didn't click and she gracefully made sure I was confident in what I understood. I also have interest in removing my amalgam filling and replacing it with a porcelain crown and Jodi made sure I understood all the ins and out of payment for that. Only concern I had was after my first x rays taken that I had to bite down on, I didn't see it cleaned before or after and that made me feel weird about the cleanliness of the whole office. Though the room I was in gave me a personal tour of the whole office being in back corner and I noticed the whole place was spotless which made me feel I just wasn't present for the cleaning. Overall great experience, fast service and I will go back.
