In addition to have to remind that person to do the tasks every day, i was told that I was rude, but having to pay that much to have someone put my loved one at risk, and then have to tell them to do the tasks and do them right, the way I want it, SINCE I AM PAYING FOR THIS, that the owners would understand that, and hence don't think that at the price they were charging I got quality. After discharging this company, the next day I had their head supervisor here, telling me that they wanted to check on my loved one. What nerve, and arrogance. I would watch what these home aid companies do, and what those home aids do. They Lie. In addition, to all this, I even gave this home aid a couple of gifts. I was rude, well not really, but if your going to sit on your bum and not do a dang thing, then you better be prepared to get the customer very upset!!!!!!!
