In addition, I had to tell the last one to do the dishes, make the bed, change cloths. In addition to have to remind that person to do the tasks every day, i was told that I was rude, but having to pay that much to have someone put my loved one at risk, and then have to tell them to do the tasks and do them right, the way I want it, SINCE I AM PAYING FOR THIS, that the owners would understand that, and hence don't think that at the price they were charging I got quality. After discharging this company, the next day I had their head supervisor here, telling me that they wanted to check on my loved one. What nerve, and arrogance. I would watch what these home aid companies do, and what those home aids do. They Lie. In addition, to all this, I even gave this home aid a couple of gifts. I was rude, well not really, but if your going to sit on your bum and not do a dang thing, then you better be prepared to get the customer very upset!!!!!!!

Aspire exists with only one intention from my experience; to offer the highest level of care and compassion to families and patients. My grandfather had a terrible experience with another company that the hospital recommended, they were awful, never showed up after the 1st visit and then wild releases him from service without a fight. He passed away in pain and on drugs that made me agitated and delusion. I wish we had found Aspire much sooner.

With nothing more than a sheet. Called Ems to help. Hospice nurse is not available until not sure when, even when told they would be waiting once transport arrived. No plan for meds. Offered to FaceTime. And asked what we had to give him. I won't say what they suggested. Might just be emotion but would not in a million years suggest this service!!
