The cheeseburgers taste just like cheeseburgers in case picky eaters are having a hard time deciding what to get. The sweet potato fries were superb and I would definitely get those for my side again. Treeo has a huge dining room with several seats by Windows to enjoy the nice sunny day view and they have group tables to enjoy company. A nice lady invited me to help her finish her puzzle after I was done eating. The waitress was also very nice as she busted my table. I can't speak too much on behalf of the residents here as far as living here goes, but I can say that Treeo's food here is great. It appears they have a lot of great activities for residents and visitors alike. I also know that they're involved in the community by taking field trips to fun events such as a local high school's musical production, and participating in South Ogden Days. Treeo seems like the bomb dot com. Now I just need to make some new friends with the residents here and hope they invite me over. ;)

Why they even block relatives phones, so they can't text or call there family member. Sue was accommodating and compassionate and immediately connected with our family member. During the first several months, we made some adjustments due to the changing needs of our family member. Sue and the care team staff were very flexible and always made sure we had the coverage needed. The owner of the company, Dannette, reached out to us on multiple occasions to make sure we were satisfied with the care received. We were exceptionally blessed when we were introduced to Tami. As our family member's needs changed, Tami became the primary care giver for our family member. Tami is very loving, compassionate, and dedicated caregiving professional. She makes sure our family member eats well-balanced meals each day, takes their daily medications, attends to personal hygiene, and attends medical appointments. Tami goes out of her way to keep our family member active and engaged in life by taking them on drives, visiting parks, museums, senior centers, rec centers, shopping, etc. She is an excellent communicator and keeps our family informed when she has any questions or concerns. Not all people are cut out for a caregiving role, it's a hard job, but it is evident that this is Tami's calling in life. Alpine helped me when other companies wouldn't. The company the hospital had hired seemed worried…read morethat Medicare might not pay them and they might incur a loss. They came and got their equipment about 20 mins after I got home from taking all the tests Medicare wanted. My doctor had told me the test results were bad and I needed the equipment. Right after I got home from going through the tests I got a call that they were picking up their equipment. I asked them if they had even talked to my doctor. Their reply no matter what I said was 'we are on the way to pick up our equipment'. When I reported this to my doc she called Alpine. I told them about everything that had happened. The Alpine rep told me not to worry about Medicare or any expenses, they would take care of that. They were very kind and told me again not to worry about any expenses that I already had enough to worry about. Alpine brought the needed equipment that same day. If you are ever unfortunate and need medical equipment I highly recommend Alpine. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

My mother had kidney cancer, when she had done all she could do to fight it, and had other problems…read morearise, we went to Alpine Hospice, based on referral from family member who was familiar with them. They were out within 1 hour of us calling to get the papework done, and Sue (who enrolled her) even went out to medical supply company to get tubes we needed for oxygen (the company had delivered the wrong kind.) The nurses who came out, Nurse's Assistant, and the social worker, were helpful in every possible way. They explained things that were happening, and helped us understand and what to expect. When one medicine she was on seemed to quit working, they worked with the doctors to find a different one which would work better - and it did. They went above and beyond what we could have asked for - yet didn't push any agenda. They offered options, then went with what my mom decided she wanted to do. I truly appreciated their willingness to work with our whole family, not just one or two of us, in understanding and working through this process. I'd refer them in a heartbeat to anyone who needs this service.
