WOW!! What can I say.. Visiting Angels is a company, no a family, who cares about your family. They are willing to make sure your loved one is treated just as one of the family. The caregivers are hand picked, making sure they are the best caring, loving and dedicated people who will be coming into your loved ones home to help them with house keeping, bathing, taking care of your loved ones dear, dear pets, and companionship (my favorite). They work 24/7, having a line for communication at all hours of the day. You can have them come in for a hour to take care of a loved one, or 12 hours, even up to 24 hours/live in option. Visiting Angels, will pick up your loved one and take them to the doctor, grocery shopping, or just go for a drive to help your loved one get out of the house and still have the freedom to see the city. I love that they are there to help remind loved ones to take medicine, drink their water and eat. This company... this FAMILY loves your family just as much and they take care of them in such a manner that I would trust no one else with the help I need with my parents. They come in and evaluate the situation, then they try to pick the best caregiver who will match up with the needs and personality of your loved one. What amazing dedication is that? They want to give your loved one the best caregiver for your loved ones needs. They are amazing! They also have so many options. Some caregivers go the extra mile and will call a love one at night, while they are off the clock to remind a client to take their medicine. Just because they want to make sure the one they are taking care of and is taking their medicines correctly. I am not saying they all do that, but I have been blessed to see it happen with my loved one. The best thing I ever did for my ailing senior brother and myself was bring Visiting Angels into his home. Our case manager, Jennifer and our Visiting Angel, Brady were beyond amazing.
