I met Dr. Sondrup eight years ago and my WHOLE family has been visiting him ever since. My dad was sick and could not walk or climb stairs without losing his breath. His doctor told him that he had a "virus" and prescribed him anti-biotics, after telling my dad that the anti-biotics were not going to work anyway. My dad remained sick so I sent him to Dr. Sondrup. In that same visit, Dr. Sondrup discovered that my dad had a parasite in his lungs, which also explained the weight loss he was experiencing. My dad was given a remedy to get rid of the parasite and was asked to climb the stairs outside the office to gauge his condition. In that very same session, my dad's breathing improved. I WOULD NOT TAKE DEAD DOG THERE THEY WOULD KILL IT AGAIN! Place was dirty and had NO staff. Bad place. PT was come in for five minutes and talked and picked up my good leg. All is good they would say. Walk out. I ended up with two legs twice their normal size in less than 2 weeks. SEPSIS. .. my family came and rushed me by ambulance. One hour more Dr. Said I would have died. They considered amputation. Both legs. I was in hospital over a month. And in rehab care at a center for over 11 months. Came home with care givers. I went through hell. And now I will never walk again. Thanks a bunch for my new normal.

This health center billed our insurance incorrectly (we specifically talked to the doctor about it before we even started the appointment to make sure it would be billed correctly and she reassured us it would be) and then refused to rebill it forcing us to pay almost $800.00 for a simple appointment. It's an easy matter of retyping up the heading and resumbitting it, we talked to our insurance company about it. The health center management and doctor simply do not care and fault us with their callous attitude. We will drive down the mountain rather than risk this again. We pay enough for insurance and then to have to pay this on top of that. It's truly unbelievable that they could treat any patient so poorly.

The front desk staff greeted me warmly, making sure I was checked-in smooth and quick. I took my initial assessment and the doctor was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Also she made sure that I felt comfortable and understood the whole process. Provided room to answer questions and make sure I was on the same page as them. The expectations were set clear from the beginning so I knew what was to come. Throughout my visits, I noticed that everyone truly enjoys what they do. The physical therapists and assistants were not only knowledgeable but also passionate about helping patients heal. They took the time to listen, thoroughly answer all my questions, and ensure I understood my treatment plan. I never felt rushed, and they tailored each session to my specific needs. But most importantly, they healed my pain. I came in struggling with discomfort that was affecting my daily life, making it hard to do anything with my left side of my body. Pain starting at my neck all the way down to my foot. Through their expertise, guidance, and hands-on care, I experienced real relief. Though I didn't notice if it ever got fixed or not. It would have been nice to know they fixed it because I was concerned someone else with not as good reflexes could get hurt and I didn't want that to happen.
