This health center billed our insurance incorrectly (we specifically talked to the doctor about it before we even started the appointment to make sure it would be billed correctly and she reassured us it would be) and then refused to rebill it forcing us to pay almost $800.00 for a simple appointment. It's an easy matter of retyping up the heading and resumbitting it, we talked to our insurance company about it. The health center management and doctor simply do not care and fault us with their callous attitude. We will drive down the mountain rather than risk this again. We pay enough for insurance and then to have to pay this on top of that. It's truly unbelievable that they could treat any patient so poorly.

The first time was Aug through Sept 2021 and the second was Feb through March 2022. I had my left hip replaced and then my right knee replaced. The nurse who saw me was Holly. She is laid back, knowledgeable, attentive, assertive, kind, and effective. When things are good, she tells you they are good and when they are not good, she immediately gets support from her network to be sure what she is considering is the correct approach! NOTHING gets by Holly! Then you have Brad and Curt, physical therapists. You couldn't have better orthopedic physical therapists in your corner! In the past when I have had physical therapy, their theories may have been correct but their methodologies were so poor that I came away hating the whole experience! That has NOT happened with Brad and Curt. They push for results but are so thoughtful and considerate about not pushing too much! And, if they can't help any more at home, they recommend that the patient go to the facility for further treatment! Curt is savvy and sneaky with his ability to converse while manipulating your joint. Suddenly you've either related or heard a great story and your knee is at 90 degrees but you didn't feel any pain! They offered us water when we first arrived and made my daughter feel comfortable once they took her back for the cleaning. She had an overall great experience and scheduled her next appointment with them. Since my husband recommended them, they sent him a nice thank you letter in the mail with a gift card!
